Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works great for small usage I bought this on kind of a whim. It's not very powerful but seems effective. It's does not have an auto-off so you have to babysit it near the end of its job or it'll blow up. I measured it at about 6.5 gallons/minute so that's about 400 GPH, this was likely hindered by the sediment in there and my use of the garden hose (less flow). For the price, this was unbeatable. The box contains the pump and a standard garden hose attachment. February 1, 2010
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Long lasting and durable. All of the greenhouses have them to pump water through the cooling pads. These pumps run 24/7 all year round. In the 11 years of the greenhouses being up and running we have only had to replace 2 out of the 6 pumps. This is why, when they finally die out, we purchase the same ones! They are very industrious for the amount of time these run. October 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pump Works well moves lots of water this is my second one. First one was used daily. Wore out, after several years of use. Shipping was free but took over a week. April 30, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Maybe I recieved a bad pump. Bought this to pump off a pool cover. Maybe I have a bad one, I am returning it. The pump Creates a small oil slick when submersed, pump gets hot and shuts off every 10 or so minutes, even while completely submersed in 40 degree water. Water has poor flow, maybe shoots an inch or two out the hose where my prior pump shot 2 feet. Might be because there is no screen on the bottom and might be sucking the pool cover tight to the pump access hole, not sure. The old pump was a 5 year old Shur-dri that the impellor just dcided to break where it threads onto the motor. I decided to try a new brand when i found shur-dri has no customer service or ability to buy parts. I would steer clear of this pump. December 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good economical and versital pump Replaced one I bought 20 years ago. Use to hose down boat and lower swimming pool level in the winter. Pump is virtually unchanged from my old one, which I replaced only because the plastic pump portion froze and split. For handling/attachingI much prefer the metal ring mounted on the old one to the two plastic ears on the new one. Further, the shipment arrived with one of the two ears broken off, requiring reattaching with epoxy. January 11, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Does a great job for what I bought it drain the water from our pool cover. It would have been Totally Perfect if it could shut itself off when the water level gets too low. January 31, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing fancy, just does the job I bought this for a flooding driveway that was close to begin flooding my basement. It worked like it was supposed to. I had to babysit it because there is no auto shutoff, but for a low priced pump, I can't complain. December 7, 2011
