How do I get the bottom of the door to seal properly?

Installed door, plumb and level, but the seal along the bottom of the door does not fit properly to the threshold. During shower, water runs down the door, down to the bottom seal, and the runs through the gap between then seal and threshold. Have re-adjusted the seal to various levels of contact with the threshold, but water still finds its way through the seal area and out of the shower area.

Is there a different/better seal available for this door?

Hello Valued Home Depot customer
Thank you for your interest in the Cove shower doors.
There is an extender piece supplied with the door that will extend it to that length and you can adjust the strike to accommodate the 1/4".

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 21 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shower door beautiful I had my shower renovated. This door really made a difference. I would highly recommend it. July 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Even nicer than expected Door looks classy and fits perfectly in the intended space. The only thing that looks a bit cheap is the clear plastic magnetic strip on the door's edge. The paper instructions are horrible, but their YouTube video was helpful enough. Never installed a shower door before, this took just under 2 hours-- but with good instructions or prior experience, could be done in 30-40 mins. April 22, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leaking Design structure allows for water to leak even when installed correctly. May 31, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great Looks awsome only complaint is that only 5 little screws hold the entire hindge to the wall with little plastic mollys... Kinda flimsy with the entire weight of hindge and glass... Personally if i mounted again i would have bought my own bigger longer bolts and mollys and drilled holes a little bigger to beef it up because the amount of money you spend on the door you expect it to be up for a long time and that's definitely the weakest links.. Other than that it operates perfect and has many adustments and looks great in clear with brushed nikel ... Also invested in a squeegee!!! Keep that glass clean i have hard water and leaves water spots February 10, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice door.Good sturdy glass. The door is very sturdy.Closure of door very cheesy.Door hits side and shakes framing when close door even so lightly.Instructions not very clear. Two of us both read instructions. I am the homeowner with considerable amount of weekend warrior experience,I know that does not make me a pro,but I was helped or I should I say I helped my friend who is a licensed contractor with many years experience who had a very difficult time make out instructions. The instructions are very poorly printed. The product is good but needs a more strengthening on door jambs. June 25, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by frameless pivot shower door This door is very nice . It completes the total look in our bathroom December 17, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great door but the instructions for installation were terrible. Clearer instructions for installation of the Extender. would have been nice. February 10, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Worth the Money I priced a similar door at an actual glass place in Tulsa, that was very sturdy and beautiful, and would have cost me $700. I spent $2,200 retiling my shower and I wanted to make it look nice without having to spend a ton of money. That was mistake. This door is unsteady and falls off the hinges easily. Spend the extra $200 on the more expensive door and save yourself time. August 11, 2014
