Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by FirstTimeHomebuyer Wow! Noisy!
This fridge looks sleek, and fit into a very tight space in our kitchen. It has kept our food cold for about 4 months now. HOWEVER, the noise that comes out of this appliance every 20 minutes (for only about 5 seconds each time) could wake anyone from a dead sleep. We don't have the water dispenser/ice maker turned on, so I don't know what could possibly be making this much noise, but now I see from the other reviews that other people have had the same problem. I never knew it would bother me so much, but 4 months later, I have to write a review about it. :o/

The price was $300 less than the competition. Other reviews told me the storage area in the door was for cans of soda, and they must have fixed the noise issue others mention. Mine is quiet. There is a little learning curve on the ice dispenser if you want a dry kitchen floor, but once mastered it works fine. It looks just right and the counter depth adds visual and real space to my tiny kitchen. So far, so good.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JimmyP Compressor Blew After 8 Months! Horrible Customer Service!
Purchased the unit at a Home Depot in late December of 2014. The compressor blew in Early August of 2015. Warranty only covers repairs and parts for up to 12 months. We have been waiting for over 3 months, and the part is still on back order. They project that the part will not be in for another 2 to 3 weeks. Customer Service is not willing to help at all expedite the order or repair. A family of 4 with 2 children under the age of 1, and no refrigerator for 5 weeks! Horrible customer service. Will never purchase another Frigidaire appliance!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bluemoon Sorry I Bought This Refrigerator
We bought this refrigerator in September, 2014. It is now May, 2015, and while searching for a new refrigerator and reading their reviews online today on Home Depot's website, I felt obligated to write a review for this one to alert others to some major issues this refrigerator has:
The 'stainless look' color - the idea is that fingerprints don't show nearly as much as they do on actual stainless steel. This is true, they don't. But the material is thin and scratches and dents very easily.
The icemaker - it works properly 50% of the time, then randomly, the ice literally shoots out at a rapid speed, and if you don't have a very large glass under there, you will spend the next several minutes picking up ice cubes all over the kitchen floor. And shards, and wiping up puddles where you missed a shard. It also will give you crushed ice quite frequently, even when you've selected 'cube'. The ice dispenser also clogs a lot so you have to stick your fingers up into it to dislodge them. We get ice build-up where the water comes into the icemaker, and I've had to use a blow dryer to defrost the little chute up there. If you don't keep an eye on this chute, you are going to wake up one morning to find that your freezer is frozen over with all the water that should have gone into the ice making trays but instead sprayed all over your freezer and then froze.
Quality of manufacturing - sorry, but there just was not any quality control. We have sharp edges along the top, the handles don't line up, it is impossible to level the thing completely, the drawers are cheap plastic, and the sealing gasket is all misshapen and doesn't seem to hold the seal well at all.
Temperature - our display says that it is 37 degrees inside the refrigerator. Nope, it's 43 to 50, depending upon which shelf you measure, AND where you measure at on that shelf - front or back. I have a small digital temperature gauge, and I know that it is accurate. This fridge is not. And no matter what setting I have it on (believe me, we have tried so many different combinations), the inside is ALWAYS humid. Many of my containers and packages have to be wiped off every other day because they have so much condensation on them. I keep food away from the vents and I don't overstuff the thing either.
Food either freezes up in the deli bin, or is too warm to use. We've tried every setting there is to get a happy medium, but it just won't cooperate. My cheddar cheese freezes up frequently in the deli bin, and yet at the same time, the string cheese comes out of the same bin pretty much almost warm to the touch. I can't figure that one out.
The vegetable crispers are deep, but if you put anything in them that has a natural water basis (ie celery or watermelon or cucumbers), they freeze. No matter what adjustment you have the crispers on.
NOISE - I saved this for last. OMG, this is the noisiest fridge I have ever owned! The manual does say to expect some noises, but seriously, the cracking, popping, clicking, whining, is ridiculous! It literally sounds like it's on its last legs several times during the day and night - and it can go on and on for an hour or so at a time. I've seriously considering shooting it to put it out of its misery. Yet when the repairman came out, it wouldn't make a sound.
We bought this fridge, along with 3 other matching Frigidaire Gallery appliances for our new kitchen. The other 3 work fine, but this fridge is a joke. But you get what you pay for in this instance. I've about had it with this thing. I hate it so much that I just want to kick it out the door and buy another brand because I honestly don't feel it is worth fixing. After 8 months, I think I've given it enough time to determine how it performs, so all I need is to bite the bullet and buy something else. Oh, and it is just my husband and I using it, he's not home all day, and so it's not like the thing is mis-used or opened all the time or whatever.
The handles are nice though. This review is not against the Home Depot. I love the Home Depot for many things. This is strictly a manufacturing issue.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CMD42 Fits wonderful
We purchased the refrigerator after returning the GE Artistry, which is too big. The counter depth fridge fits perfect in our space. The only Con is that it makes a loud noise once in a while. I can live with that because it fits beatifully in my kitchen and has all of the features that we wanted for a good price.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jake Good value for the price
Home Depot had the lowest price on this refrigerator of anyone in the Seattle area. We are satisfied with the looks and operation of the unit except that it runs almost continuously (don't know if that is normal), and our old one ran much less. It is very quiet but the drawers are cheap and hard to pull out. Overall a good value. Too bad they don't make this model without an ice maker/water dispenser because it takes up much of the freezer room. It was a good compromise.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by MeJane Love counter depth, but draws are no good
We bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago and chose it mostly for the counter depth and great price. We knew there would be less cubic feet inside, and we were okay with that because it gave us more room in our kitchen. I will start with the positives.
Looks great, outside surface stays clean and does not show finger prints, the water/ice dispenser works beautifully and the inside is bright and you can see almost everything in each draw and shelf!
The negatives are:
The draws are terrible... no roller wheels so it just screeches each time we pull it open, I don't like how difficult it is to get to the ice from the inside of the freezer
