Had the mat for about 3-4 weeks. We had some cracks in our 2 car garage and sealed them with some caulk. I did not want the car running back over the repairs and continuing to damage the cracked concrete so I ordered this mat. It was easy to cut down to size with a sharp utility knife. Within 2 days it was laying complete flat with no two sided tape or edging. :-) I like the black color as I feel I will not see dirt and tire marks on it. My only complaint is that the water from the A/C run off from our Pilot is just pooling on the mat. I think it kind of soaked into the concrete after some time. I plan to throw an old towel or something down in the cooler months. I think it will evaporate faster as it gets warmer. All in all it was a good purchase for us. Shipping was fast to the store as well. It is heavy in the roll so make sure you have some help picking it up. This seems a little expensive for no thicker than the product is but if it holds up it will be worth it. The fact that it is laying flat with no tape is worth the extra $ to me. I do see one small buckle in it but it doesn't appear to be getting worse or shifting any.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by er74 Just as I had hoped for!
It is very heavy to maneuver being 20 ft long but it lays flat and looks terrific. You do need to get it warm in the sun before trying to lay it after being rolled up so tightly, but a few hours in the sun did the trick. It takes at least two people to maneuver it in place.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Joe Great product at a great price
A very well made product and very easy to install. Home Depot shipped it from KS to eastern PA in less than a week. The floor was packed very well and I installed it myself in about 15 minutes.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by radiolouis had to return it. It does not clean up well.
This flooring looks great when new and clean. It brings elegance to any garage. After one week I tried to hose it off. The problem is when you try to rinse dirt off either by mopping or hosing and suds stay lodged between the diamond patterns. When the water evaporates your stuck with dried soap and dirt stuck in the pattern. I would of never predicted this problem. The company MUST know this is an issue. We operate a car detail shop so we know how to clean things! poor item, glad I did not purchase 3 of these as I originally intended.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LowcountryDan Perfect - Solved any Possability of Hot Tire Pickup
Nice HD Industrial Grade Polyvinyl. Easy to clean, no slip, and does not show tire tracks. I left it in the sun for a few hours, rolled it in place, used the roll core & added a little weight to it to get the ends to lay flat - Next day, ends were laying down perfect.
I have a double pull in garage (40' Long X 12' Wide, Plus a 10' X 20' Area)
I recently did a 5 month total renovation to the 10 year old town home I had purchased. The Garage (Man Cave) was the final project. I had quotes as high as $4,500 to do an Epoxy Floor. But was concerned because the floor had previously painted, the first time I drove on it I would have got tire pickup - and the installer would be long gone - with me to clean up the mess. After a few months of looking into different options, I choose to to it the right way - so I did it myself. I ordered 2 Gallons of DryLoc Floor Paint, scrapped off any loose paint, used a drywall sanding pad & stick to put a little bit of scuff to the existing floor surface, mopped with Ivory Dish Soap, used my shop Vac to clean up all the edges, and my blower to clear out any remaining dust. I then used a brush to do all the cutting. (I have bad knees so I picked up a mechanics sit on roller creeper for $20 - well worth the money). Then used a 3/8" Mini-Roller to apply paint on the floor. Remember less is best. It's going to take 2 coats anyways - so don't try to cut corners by trying to do it in one coat. Each area took 2 Coats of the DryLoc Floor Paint (I let it dry overnight - then did the 2nd coat). Because it was so humid out - the drying time is longer for it to completely dry. Even tough I could walk on it the next day - I would suggest 3-5 days before any heavy traffic. Trust me - good things come to those who wait. I now have the best looking garage in the area. My total investment was $400 including tax & shipping for the G-Mat, $80 for 2 Gallons of the DryLoc Floor Paint, $20 Rollers & Brushs, Misc., and my time (Free Labor). So the whole project cost me $500 - and I know the job was done right. Now I can take the $3,000-4,000 I saved and do some major upgrades on my cabinets, mini fridge, ect. And have plenty of money to stock the fridge with RootBeer for years to come.
If you are hesitant to take this on as a DYI Project, all I can say is - Trust me. I'm a better painter than any "Professional" I had in my house during the 4 month renovations. You will be glade you did.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Terr G-floor 75mil thick diamond tread- great stuff!
This is the best thing ever! You just roll it on to your fugly floor. You will love it! Sent for the 75 mil for the extra thickness. This is a floating floor. Don’t do what my husband did and put your heavy doors on your big storage cabinets and then try to move it in place. I told my husband this but of course he didn’t listen. Now we have a few small wrinkles. It can be fixed though.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by PRSchicago Great, but need multi car-length options
Excellent overall. Took the advice of earlier reviewer to leave it in the sun for couple of hours - really made things easy to cut, position and lay.
As I said in my title, the manufacturer needs to provide options for multi-car lengths. I thought 10 feet would do for two cars and ordered one roll. Ended up with 15 feet for my wife's CRV, and I am left (you won't see it in the pic) with 5 for my Accord! Need to order another roll of 20 feet, knowing I will throw away another 5, Sort of wasteful, considering even the packaging was well done.
