my old ballast has only one blue wire what do I do with the extra blue wire? It is one if the old heavy ballasts.

Hi Jackbo,
Thank you for your question.
According to the MFG,For 1 wire operation, insulate one of the blue lead wire to 600Vrms using U.L. approved wire nut.
This means to cap the end of the unused blue wire with a U.L. approved wire nut.
Be sure to follow National Electric code and U.L safety standards

Hi Stan, unfortunately we do not sell this product individually. I did find that the product will support rapid start for two lamps. Hope this answered your question.
