rubber toggle cover on faucet head

Hi
I understand from some of the customer comments that the rubber toggle cover wears out, and one customer stated that this can't be replaced. Rather the entire head needs to be replaced.
So my questions are:
- is their a known defect with the rubber toggle cover?
- if the rubber toggle does break, can it be replaced as a separate part?

Thanks for your help Ron

Just had this installed and already the sprayer head seems to sit down slightly from the neck. I see there is a weight below around the hose but have not been able to figure out how to keep it sitting snuggly against the faucet neck.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. You can always move the weight up on the hose a bit to see if that helps keep a snug fitting on the sprayer.

Which way is hot?

Handle forward, or handle back (up)?

Since a horizontally aligned handle would be left for hot, right for cold, my expectation would be up/back for hot. In the Grand Scheme of things, it doesn't matter, but consistency does matter and the installations have been inconsistent. What is it supposed to be?

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good quality kitchen faucet easy assembly, and works great! The matching soap dispenser is a nice addition too August 9, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice, will see how long it lasts I only gave this a three because we bought this to replace another Home Depot faucet of the same style that didn't last four years of use. It looks great, but I am hesitant to rave about it because of our experience with the last model. Time will tell. July 26, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very happy with faucet We purchased this faucet when it was on sale and it took several months to get around to installing it. I hadn't thought the purchase through well enough to realize that we could no longer use our Pur water filter on it because it has the pull down sprayer. That was worth giving up. I love the single lever (I had two turn knobs on the previous faucet). Everything seems to work smoothly and it is so much easier to control the water temperature with the single lever. It was easy for my husband to install. We will be changing out the sink eventually and can probably use the cover that goes on the sink at that time. We are in a manufactured home and the sink is a bit smaller than standard. But it worked fine without the cover. December 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Solved my problem The faucet was easy to install. It did not come with the hoses, so a trip to guess where...Home Depot was required. But, I love the faucet with the high arch. Often I need to get a soup pot under the faucet as well as other items. The soap dispenser takes on more item off my counter, which I like. There isn't anything I don't like about it. I'm happy and I know it! October 17, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and functional for the price Easy to install. The removable rinse head has to be pushed back in to stay put. Not too big of a deal once you train yourself how to do it. December 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kitchen Faucet The installation was quick and easy. The hardest part was removing the old unit. All in all it was one of the easiest jobs I've done. Best part I had everything I needed without having to run to store for anything. November 5, 2014
