Does the faucet arm swivel? Can I use it with a 2 sided sink?

I suddenly lost pressure

Have had this model for about 3 months. Have had nothing but good things to say so far. After rinsing breakfast dishes this morning, the facet all of a sudden would not discharge more than a trickle. I checked the aerator, supply lines, copper lines where connections are made. No visible blockages or sediment. Working fine one minute, unfunctional the next! Help!
Asked by: ZachB
FIXED - I just had the same issue. The backflow preventers/check valves inside the Quick Connect were causing the restriction, resulting in lower pressure at the faucet. I assume they became clogged over time due to hard water sediment buildup. Remove the Quick Connect and hose from the fixture by pushing in on the blue tabs and pulling down. Then you can unscrew the Quick Connect (black plastic tube) from the hose. There are two little white check valves inside the Quick Connect. They can be pushed out with something thin like a screwdriver or pencil. Plumbing codes require these backflow preventers/check valves to prevent contamination of the water system, which in the case of this faucet requires at least two things to happen: 1. The sprayer head is submerged in a sink full of dirty water with the faucet ON and 2. An event occurs that causes a backflow at that fixture, such as a water main break or drain down of the water in the building for repairs etc.

Loved it, required little effort to turn on & off. Then all of a sudden the faucet became loose at the base & flopped around. Could not understand what/how it happened it did not get rough useage. Had to get a Plummer to look at. Found the locking nut came "loose", cross threaded. When the Plummer came back to replace took close to 1 1/2 hrs just to remove the nut to remove the faucet. Took a great deal of effort on his part. Hoping the replacement will last longer than the first. Home Depot replaced the Faucet but it cost me another $85. To pay the Plummer. What we thought would be a faucet to meet our needs has cost us a great deal in labor

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Eh. Have had this faucet for 5 years. When we first installed it if you turned it off with the sprayer selected it would automatically go back to regular faucet function. This stopped working within a few months. Our water is somewhat hard which may have something to do with it but it is very annoying when you turn it on and unexpectedly get sprayed. Now the nylon/plastic seal where the hose is connected to the head has cracked. This caused the pipe to fill with water which ran out under the sink. I realize this is a less expensive low end piece but am disappointed in its performance.

Install this in my mom house and it only lasted lesser than 4 months before it starting to leak at the handle. Call customer services and were told they will sending us a replacement cartridge, but it already has been 2+ weeks and still nothing in the mail. This is not the only Glacier Bay that leak in the house after few months of usage. I have installed other ones like Bamboo faucet, it's also Home Depot brand and it also leaks after 6+ months of seldom uses (ridiculous). I DO NOT recommend this brand to anyone. Terrible quality period!!!.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money! It is made of plastic under the sink and broke within 2 weeks or moderate use. They also don't sell the plastic part stand alone so you have to buy a whole new faucet.

This Sep... purchased and installed 5 yrs ago; did not install soap dispenser after reading reviews. This September water pressure low - read current reviews re pressure, tried to buy replacement cartridge. Home Depot does not stock, so called for parts service under lifetime warranty. Said they were sending new cartridge. Following the adage "You get what you pay for", the free part never arrived. In November, ordered by part number from HD on line. Could not remove old cartridge due to dissimilar metal corrosion inside handle body, even after uninstalling entire faucet from sink. Returned new cartridge to HD store and purchased other than Glacier Bay single hole pull down faucet >$100.
