Received the playset in excellent condition. All the pieces were there (along with a few extra boards and hardware!). Must say the instructions to put this thing together was spot on. If you have a screw motor, you can do this. The instructions are that detailed! Took us around 20 hours to complete it, but part of that time was working to get the fort structure level in the yard. After that, no problems. Only complaints are the telescope is made of cheap plastic and probably not last very long with my grandkids, and it would be nice if each different size of hardware (screws, washers, hexbolts, etc) was in separate bags and labeled. Some are in separate bags (not labeled), but then you have some bags that have hex-bolts, 2 in, 2 1/2 in, etc in bag together. At least the instructions give you life size pictures you can compare and measure to. But that is my ONLY complaint! The grandkids LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

Heavy duty playset. Instructions are clear. Hardware need to be labeled clearer (screw size bolt length). Have some help in construction I put most of this together by myself would have been easier to have extra hands. Put together over 4th of July weekend. Have power tools wouldn't want to attempt with ratchet and screw driver. Grandaughter loves it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MomOfBoys Playset is great.... Delivery? not so much
The Playset is perfect for an active 6 and 4 year old boys but in the Free Delivery they missed getting the Tire Swing we are in the process of getting that corrected.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DWY Great quality, but assembly directions need work
The play set came in multiple boxes and before you start assembly, you will need to open every box and sort all of the boards. I laid mine out in my driveway, but a lawn or other large area will suffice. There is no way you can begin without taking this step. And here is one of the reasons I gave 4 stars:
Although the boxes are numbered, the assembly pages DO NOT refer to any board box nor hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) box number.
What this ultimately means is I spent 10-15 minutes (for each step) finding boards and related hardware, constantly comparing to the instructions for proper type and size, and maybe 5 minutes on the assembly.
Second reason: the hardware is sorted into boxes (numbered) and small ziplock bags, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason for the organization. I was constantly robbing one box/bag to assemble a step of the structure. For example: early in the steps you have to assemble the four main structure posts and the directions call for 30 T-Nuts and I had to open 4 different bags and 3 different boxes to get that many T-Nuts.
Third reason: The instructions state "there may be slight differences in board sizing due to the milling process". This, in my case was an under statement. I found multiple instances where I have to cut and tweak the assembly to make things fit properly or "close enough". On a few occasions I had to actually saw boards to make things fit properly (more than 1" difference). An example is the gang plank. The directions state to make the floor boards flush with the bottom of of the ramp. If you do this expect to cut the floor boards because when you attach them to the structure, the brackets won't fit properly against the support, because there is an overhang of wood you need to trim off.
Fourth: Getting started took an awful long time. Not only to sort all the materials and get them organized, but figuring out what end is what. The instructions describe left and front vs left and right, or front and back. This gets confusing because if you don't assemble items in the proper order or put T-Nuts in the proper holes, you later figure out you have to move things around or you put something in the wrong place.
Fifth: Expect to have a hammer drill, various drill bits, regular and blade, as well as deep socket set. There is no way I would suggest doing any of these tasks by hand (manual socket set will add days to the assembly time). I would also suggest a powered drill vs battery. Driving lag bolts chews thru battery drills in minutes.
Sixth: Although many holes are pre-drilled, many are not and the directions even state "there is no need to pre-drill holes, the screws and bolts are self tapping". Yes this is technically true, however, if you've ever worked with wood before, you will know you want to drill pilot holes to prevent cracking and many of the locations are close to the edges of the boards.
I think all of these issues can be solved with a little rewording in the manual and a few tweaks:
- Organize the hardware with the boards into a single box for any given step in the manual: time savings 1 hour at start-up and 5 hours over length of project hunting for various parts
- I understand there are differences in the milling process, but someone needs to take a second look at the design, output from the mill, and actually assemble the structure. Way too many tweaks.
Despite all of these concerns, I still believe the end product is a solid, well made structure I have no problem letting my grandkids play on.

Daughter loved this once it was finished. Money well spent. Directions are a little rough at times but with a little patience I got through it. Only downfall for this was missing a few bolts but nothing I couldn't find at the local hardware store. Had this together in about a day in a half and couldn't be happier. Daughter spends hours on this!

Great Purchase. Make sure you spend the time to inventory and lay out the product. Directions were awesome. I cant believe I did it myself. It looks Professional. All my freinds hate me because their wives want it for their back yard. Thank you for having a product that made my family so happy.

We are happy we got this play set, my wife and I love it and our children as well, now we can't get them to go inside the house lol, and when building it aslong as you follow every step by step, page by page it's easy to install, it takes about two full day to install it with the help of another person, but it is all worth it :)
