Product Overview

The Grape Solar 7,500 Watt Monocrystalline Grid-Tied Solar Power Kit can generate between 5,400kWh and 12,600kWh of electricity per year. This works out to roughly one quarters to one half of the electrical power consumption of an average 2400 sq ft. home. Unlike other power generators, there are no mechanical moving components; therefore, maintenance is virtually non-existent. The kit consists of high efficiency Grape Solar 250 Watt Monocrystalline panels, 2 Kaco String Inverters and 2 combiner boxes.

  • Required roof space: 546 sq ft.
  • Reduce your electric bill with renewable energy
  • Use the sun to produce between 5,4000kWh and 12,600kWh of energy per year
  • No moving parts means that the system is virtually maintenance free
  • This kit is eligible for federal, state and local utility rebate and incentive programs
  • Professional installation by licensed electrician or solar installer is highly recommended and required in some areas. Be sure to check local zoning codes and home owner associations prior to purchasing
  • This kit is optimized for use with Grape Solar Racking Kits (sold seperately)

Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by there is no Return on Investment. This system is priced entirely too high to have any useful ROI (Return on Investment). The Cost Payback Ratio is 10 years... just for this portion of the install. You will spend way more money on installation and final equipment to bring these units online. Additionally, solar cells have reduced output year after year. You will never reach a point of positive return, as the cells will have reduced output and need to be replaced to maintain higher output. October 22, 2012
