This solar charger works perfectly in the Florida sun. It easily charges my phones even on less than the brightest day. Setup is relatively easy. Just unfold the panels and plug in the device to charge. It has a full-size USB socket for that. But it only comes with one cable, and that cable may not fit your device. So count on possibly buying a cable for each type of plug you need. The supplied cable fit my old Samsung Moment phone but not my old HTC My Touch. If you want to keep your device out of the sun (and you should!), you will need to be creative with the cables and device placement, because the supplied cable is very short.
The manual is very brief, only two double-sided small pages. But the full specs are inside and I have included that information in the attached photos.

I have to say without a doubt this is the one to have for your on the go need of backup storage power for smaller devices. ie cell phone, tablet, laptop, radio, or rechargeable light. If you are a hiker or camper that feels the little extra weight is worth the trade off. The Go Charger 10 is built SOLID and folds out nicely. It had my cell phone charged in short order when I used it. You'll need to be careful not to overcharge if you use this directly plugged into what your charging . They have a extra item called "Stone charger base" it will protect your electronic device from over charging and recharge it a few times when fully supplied with sun power. Worth looking into.

This little solar panel is a conversation starter. I used it while out on a boat for a day where my phone doesn't get very good service, and my phone never dropped below 90% charge. Home depot claimed it does 2 amp charge, the manufacture states 1.1 amp max. It works, I am not going to take a multi meter to it to see. I am very happy with it.

Item works well, I used it to charge a cell phone, and it seemed to do it rather quickly on a bright sunny day. The solar panels seem to be high quality, and it has the standard micro USB plug that fits almost any device. Instructions are short and sweet, there isn't much to using this.
I would recommend it if you need to charge small devices.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jswobe Portable solar panel for your mobile world...and I like it!
Bottom line: I like this solar charger. It's sturdy, self contained, does what it is designed to do and does not take up much space.
This solar panel is exactly what it sounds like: a foldable, travel-sized solar panel that can charge your mobile devices. It has a USB port for easy connection of your devices, and it comes with a USB cable with a micro USB connector. The instructions state that the intended purpose of the panel is to charge the Grape Solar power paks (Grape Solar is the manufacturer of this GoCharger panel), and not necessarily for charging your devices directly. I have to believe that this is a legalese manuever to insulate them from any damage caused to a non-Grape Solar device. Fortunately, I have not had any problems yet.
I have used this quite a bit. My wife's cell phone battery does not last very long, and she likes to have it at the beach. This is a nice way to bridge that gap. It works in both full sun and partial sun, meaning even when it is cloudy it will provide a charge. I have had it connected until after 8:00 PM, when the sun was very low in the sky and there was no direct sun on the panel; surprisingly, it was still providing a charge.
I have a Motorola Droid MAXX cell phone, with a 3500mAh battery. When connected and charging, this GoCharger panel provided approx 10% charge per hour to that battery; that is in addition to the ongoing operation of the device and handling two or three calls and some light text messaging while the panel was still connected. On a different device, with a smaller battery, it should be expected to provide a higher percentage of battery charge in that same hour.
I also used it to charge a couple of Kindle Fire tablets. It added about 4-5% every hour of charging. That was with no use of the devices during charging.
