Customer Reviews

#9 x 3-1/4 in. 16-Penny Vinyl-Coated Steel Sinker Nails (1 lb.-Pack) is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nails are soft but will work if you strike then square I know hammered nails are old fashioned but hammered nails need s lot more stiffness than gunned nails. drove these into a set of 2 X 3 studs and plates, about half of them tried to curly cue on the way in. Been using nails for over 50 years and the quality is definitely decreasing. didn't have to pul, out any but if they bend while driving them in how good are they still holdkng? the bad part is these are the main nail supply for both HD and the 'othrr' store so not a real life easy way to avoid them

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good Nail but Quality Control is Lacking No issues with the nails but when I reached the bottom of the box I found all of the metal chips that are cut off to form the point. Since these are priced by weight part of what I paid for was recycling material. Quality control could use some improvements, makes me wonder about other things that might be missed.
