Answer:
I can verify Lena's answer. It will only fit 9x13 pans without handles OR wide edge rims. Hard metal pans with rolled edges are fine, aluminum disposable pans can be forced to squeeze-fit, if needed but it would block some of the convection airflow. Best to stick with pans that only have a rolled lip.

Answer:
No, NOT with handles. I spoke with an associate at Hamilton Beach who had the display unit in front of her. She said it will take a 9 x 13 pan WITHOUT handles.

Answer:
Yes. I asked a representative about the height since there are specialty cake pans. If you remove the top rack, you can use a cake pan that is 4 1/2" high. Regular 9 x 13 cake and brownie pans WITHOUT handles will fit.

Thank you for your question. This unit is great for baking cakes, brownies, etc. Always allow at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) between food and heating element. Center food in the oven. Rack position will vary depending on size of food.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cheaper than walmart box received with a little damage, but no harm to product. unpacked, set up, and using within 20 min. August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Bakes great, anything. Saves turning on large oven. Love it! March 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value Nice no frills countertop oven for the money. Plenty of space. Cooks evenly. Only negative is that the power cord is too short because it is designed for countertop space. February 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good deal for the money I purchased this countertop oven so I could bake in the Summer. It does what it says it will do. I am glad I bought this. It comes in very handy. The only drawback is that it doesn't have an interior light, but I make do with an InstaBulb! I have used it almost everyday since I received it. Good buy!!! Very useful. I like it a lot October 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great oven, but... I love the convection setting on this oven. We have been using it for about a month and it cooks food so evenly that it is a thing of beauty. There are only two disappointments. Firstly, there is no toast function. There is a work around using the bake setting, but I did expect a toaster oven to...well...toast. Secondly, the picture of two pizzas cooking at the same time is a bit misleading. They do fit, but the instructions are to switch the top rack for the bottom rack halfway through. It is a little inconvenient. Overall though, we really like the oven. The convection cooking is quiet and does the job. February 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Just what we wanted. This convection oven is exactly as described and appears to be well built and easy to use. August 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I have used this oven since my sister bought it for me back in 2005! I use it at least 4 x a week. A great little oven. This is no doubt my favorite and most used small appliance. Can't be without it. thinking of getting a new one because the old is so dirty from use. July 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sweat Eliminator I needed to get a countertop oven because of the searing heat in my kitchen during the hot summers in Nevada. before then, I basically would stop any cooking that used my regular oven. I did not want to spend a lot of money because it was not an absolute necessity to use my gas oven in the summer. I was intrigued by this Hamilton Beach because of its size and pretty decent reviews. I am impressed. It cooks well - I have baked cakes and made a couple of casseroles. The temperature settings are not perfect but close enough to be easily adjusted. It is serving my needs.
