Answer:
I can verify Lena's answer. It will only fit 9x13 pans without handles OR wide edge rims. Hard metal pans with rolled edges are fine, aluminum disposable pans can be forced to squeeze-fit, if needed but it would block some of the convection airflow. Best to stick with pans that only have a rolled lip.

All of that said, I really like it. I just wish the makers of these type ovens would add some insulation on the larger/pricier models. Be sure to keep clear space around any of these no matter the brand. Read Less

Answer:
No, NOT with handles. I spoke with an associate at Hamilton Beach who had the display unit in front of her. She said it will take a 9 x 13 pan WITHOUT handles.

Answer:
Yes. I asked a representative about the height since there are specialty cake pans. If you remove the top rack, you can use a cake pan that is 4 1/2" high. Regular 9 x 13 cake and brownie pans WITHOUT handles will fit.

Thank you for your question. This unit is great for baking cakes, brownies, etc. Always allow at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) between food and heating element. Center food in the oven. Rack position will vary depending on size of food.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper,
cardboard, plastic, and the like. Most manufactures of glass ware or corning ware do not recommend using in a countertop oven. Please contact glass ware company for recommendation.

I have been able to make a Thanksgiving turkey in it. I do all my baking in it. You can bake 2 @ 9" round cakes at one time. It is very big inside. It comes with 2 baking sheets. You can bake over 2 dozen cookies at one time. You can fit up to a 13" pan as long as it doesn't have extended hand holds. I save on electric. I also don't over heat the house in summer like a big oven does. I only had 1 issue with this oven. The timer dial has stopped working. I saved all removable parts and bought a new one. Very happy with this oven.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cooks great, awesome product This oven is a little bigger than a microwave but very light, which is good because I have to move it from one counter to another to keep my prep area free. It bakes evenly and efficiently. I'm amazed at the quality of this oven at the price. It comes with a baking pan that fits into the slots where the racks go, two racks, a smaller baking tray, rotisserie utensils and a rack to set in the smaller pan.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great oven, but... I love the convection setting on this oven. We have been using it for about a month and it cooks food so evenly that it is a thing of beauty. There are only two disappointments. Firstly, there is no toast function. There is a work around using the bake setting, but I did expect a toaster oven to...well...toast. Secondly, the picture of two pizzas cooking at the same time is a bit misleading. They do fit, but the instructions are to switch the top rack for the bottom rack halfway through. It is a little inconvenient. Overall though, we really like the oven. The convection cooking is quiet and does the job.
