I ordered 12 base and wall cabinet in total. Most had marks and excess glue on joints. The corner base cabinet was not square and assembled crooked. I would not buy these again...

I was highly dissapointed with this product, and the rest of the matching cabs I bought with it. I am a contractor who uses Home Depot exclusively for work and personal project, spending 30+ thousand $ in product here a year. After dropping $2700 on these hamlton shaker cabinets, I was dismayed not only with the horrible, biting, unhelpful cuatomer service of the Greensburgh, Pa branch, but with the shotty construction, and cheap look these junk cabinets gave my brand new kitchen. Dont buy these!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by rich very poor quality, poor design, vinyl wrapped and tears easily
Easily damaged- the vinyl tears easily, especially at corners. Product came with obvious manufacturing flaws and damaged corners (cheap particleboard). One cupboard had vinyl that was not formed properly (big air bubble) and should never have left the factory, so no quality control. One had scuff marks which do not come off. Some cabinets were higher on one side than the other due to poor construction so made it very hard to line them up. My advice is buy from the store and not special order so you know what you are getting. The lazy Susans are a wacky design with wire sides on the racks that slope outward so they don't hold as much as they could, and has a locking latch spot on the bottom so does not spin once it reaches that spot. Who designed that?? I would not buy these at any price.

This is the laziest lazy susan I've seen. The door leans to the unhinged side and it doesn't line up with the doors to the neighboring cabinets. Also the swivel shelves are so cheap. There is a metal dowel that goes through the pipe and the shelf spins on that. It is very wobbly and I'm sure if you put anything heavy on it, it will fall apart. Pretty disgusted with the quality of these cabinets. Had to rebuild several so we wouldn't have to wait 3 more weeks to get the replacements. I'm currently on my 3rd replacement door which arrived damaged, reordered; arrived in the wrong size, reordered; arrived and was 1/4" too wide. 8 of 14 cabinets had damage. I ordered these cabinets in the beginning of December and I still don't have them all.
The cabinets are laminated particle board glued and stapled together and cheaply so. These won't last so if you're looking for a long haul cabinet, these are not it. .

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by VegasDIYer disappointing waste of money
I NEVER write reviews but feel very passionate to share my experience with these cabinets.
Do not waste your money on these! The Hampton Bay Shaker style Satin White cabinets are all vinyl wrapped. They chip extremely easily. We haven't even finished remodeling the rest of the kitchen, the cabinets have only been in place a couple of weeks, and even after being very careful to not damage them, there are chips on many corners. It is difficult to paint match touch-ups since they are not actually painted wood. I am afraid what is going to happen to them when we try and install handles/hardware onto them. They look cheap. The doors are all one piece of wood, so you cannot install glass into any of the inside frames, since it is not framed out like most cabinet doors are. The lazy susan corner base unit is cheap, small, and a waste of space. There are several inches in the back that could have been used, instead it is partitioned off. The lazy susan is a flimsy wire rack, and the corner door opens out awkwardly instead of pushing through with the entire lazy susan unit. The crown moulding made for these and purchased all together did not match the cabinets (the whites were different).
I understand that you get what you pay for and these are inexpensive cabinets. However, I learned too late that you can get the "in stock" shaker white cabinets from Lowe's for the same price and they are a much better quality! They are also actually in stock at Lowe's. These are considered in stock at Home Depot for pricing but they are technically a special order item that requires a minimum 5 piece purchase and a 15% restocking fee for returns. I would never recommend Lowe's for anything else and prefer to shop at Home Depot whenever possible (for both prices and customer service) but this was the worst mistake I made in an entire kitchen remodel. I would have never purchased these cabinets had Roy, the associate helping design our cabinets, informed me that they were vinyl wrapped (only the white are vinyl). I would also recommend to not use Roy at the Las Vegas Sunset store. He was never friendly or helpful the several times we had to work with him. Every other experience at Home Depot and with other employees has been very positive. Also, cabinets arrived 2 weeks later than original quote. Then after those 2 weeks, we found out they had been sitting in the store for over a week and they still weren't going to deliver them for another week past that. We ended up having to pick them all up ourselves since the rest of the kitchen remodel was waiting for these cabinets to be installed. 22 cabinets is a lot to have to transport yourself!
This has been a very hard and expensive lesson learned. I am so disappointed and hope others do not make the same mistake by getting these cabinets.
