Answer: 
Thank you for your inquiry. This vessel top does come pre-drilled with a 45mm diameter drain hole that is centered in the top. It does not come with a pre-drilled hole for the faucet. This cannot be customized by the manufacturer. However, this can be done by the installer or by a local fabricator using the proper drill bit for stone.
