This was the third engineered bamboo floor I have installed. This product from Home Depot was the most expensive of the three, but clearly the best quality, too. The color of the wood is a pleasant warm tone. There were only a small number of unusable pieces, most with damaged edges from shipping. Installation was easy, this 200 sq ft room took less than a day. I will likely use it again. No scratches, I was able to damage the sample only when I used a knife. Dog has been all over it with no visible effect.

We purchased this flooring approx. 18 months ago and noticed in a hallway warping almost immediately. Now cupping is found in every board. There is separation everywhere. Installer came and looked at it and said it was a manufacture issue, but manufacturer will not even come and look at it. Their response was moisture issue. This is on a second floor and no moisture problems. So we are currently stuck with an ugly floor with gaps wide enough to pinch your feet as you walk on it and we put it down on almost the whole upper floor. One area the gap is is now 1/4 an inch!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cncguy Even a caveman could install this
Woven Toast 3/8 in. thick x 3-3/4 in. wide x 36 in. Length. Home ledgends Click Lock Bamboo Flooring. This flooring is a good to excellent product, Rock hard with a #5 rating, easy to install and is beautiful when complete. I installed it 2 months ago. I have minimal carpentry skills. I only needed a Tape measure, miter box saw and snap line. If you do a little math prior to laying the floor and follow a snap a line (down the middle of the room), even a caveman could install it. The only problem I had with the product was some hanging chads. This flooring has machined grooves and sometimes the machined fiberboard would have some extra or broken slivers of material hanging onto the grooves. It wasn't a big deal, just snip them off wit an exacto knife and continue on. Keep everything clean and it all snaps together real easy. I would recommended to anyone who wants to have a new wood floor without spending alot of $ for it. I saved money by finding a coupon on the web for $140 off $1200 purchase, free shipping. I also did not hire a pro to install, which save me $500 install on each room. This product you can install by yourself. Work left to right, cut offs from the right go on the left starts, very minimal waste. Keep an 1/8" gap on the border so it can float. Out of 15 cases I ended up with 8 damaged boards from the factory and 5 that I cut wrong. I like this product so much, I installed it into two rooms. A sunken living room and a dining room, beautiful!

Installed five months ago on both ground level slab and upstairs at what will be my retirement home. Was seeing/feeling "bubbles" where the planks were noticeably flexing up and down as one walked over them. Had the installer lift some up and found many to be warped in those locations, some up to 1.5" along the length. These are not exposed to water or high humidity and the problem is both upstairs and downstairs. I had three extra boxes and have opened them and am finding that more than half are coming out of the box with up to a 1/4" bow and six with almost 1/2". My gut perception is that they have gotten worse over time. I am investigating and talking with the manufacturer. I would currently not recommend this product without suggesting one be very careful with product coming out of the boxes. I will update on the warping as I learn more.
I also agree that the product scratches much easier than I expected based on a 5 hardness rating.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Yardboy In the end, the floor turned out very nice.
The end result is great - the floor looks very nice, and was very easy to install. The beginning is the toughest, starting the first couple rows, after that it's click-click-click.
That said, I was surprised at the number of warped boards that we got. One box of 24 boards had 7 that were warped too much to use, right out of the box. This did not change after letting the boards air and settle in the space for a few days prior to installation. I was able to make use of some warped boards for shorter end pieces by examining and cutting carefully, but still it was very disappointing. We opened 7 boxes to cover an 11x11 room, so that's about 16% overage, which I feel is too much.
Recommend you buy at least 15% overage so you can maintain color consistency if you get a lot of warps like I did. You can always return an unopened box to your local store.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Buck Excellent product! Easy to install.
The flooring seems well made. I used the most expensive vapor barrier because I was installing the flooring over a below-grade concrete slab. The vapor barrier not only will prevent moisture damage, but also provides padding and noise reduction.
