The blower was easy to assemble. I added the oil. (included). Gently pulled the starter cord to circulate the oil. The engine fired on the second slow pull. Purred like a kitten. Freaked me out. Can't wait to give it a try in the snow.

Assembly was easy except that there were 3 bolts missing which I purchased at a local store. It is easy to start and cleans the driveway really well. It seems to be very well built.

I like everything about this Honda model. Easy to assemble. Easy to start. Throws snow very high and far. Cleared the driveway and walkway comfortably in less than half of the time that would take two people to shovel. This was the 2016 snow storm, more than 20 inches on the ground. But by the end, I was looking for more snow to blow. In the past, we couldn't get people to plow the snow for us because everybody wanted their help. It would take hours before they can come over to our house. Now with this Honda snow blower, I feel confident that no matter how much snow, I would be able to clean it up and go to work in time!

My husband & I love the ease of this machine. We have another machine that is way too slow & does not clear the snow like this one. So happy with our purchase.

I wish I good write a positive review. I love my Honda lawnmower (best one in 31 years of home ownership). I thought the same love would carry over to the Honda HS720 AM snow blower that I bought at Home Depot on Dec. 12, 2014. After only four hours of use, the belt shredded. Jordan Mower (Midvale, Utah) is the closest Honda dealer but they were rude when I hauled my nearly new snowblower to them. The ill-tempered young employee said that the belt is a "maintenance" item, I could buy one for $26 to install myself, and Honda has no interest in working through a warranty claim that they consider a wearable item. My first snowblower, a low end MTD, lasted for 28 years. I replaced 2 belts during its lifetime. I just wanted a new snowblower as I near retirement and thought Honda was the answer. Last year, I used it for one hour because the West had an extremely dry winter. Before repeating my mistake, look at the other snowblowers available for purchase. I have found the same belt for $9.20 online and will buy one hoping for better success this time. Otherwise, buying a new belt after every four hours of use will become expensive quickly. Caveat Emptor!!

Wanted a snowblower that was light duty, enough to clean a medium sized property, double garage. Optimal surface is flat, as the Honda gets a bit 'squirrely' on side to side slopes, but it is so light that wasn't an issue. Zipped right through 14" of wet snow drifts and was almost hard to keep up with on down-slopes, slower uphills. Pull started with ease. Loved the store pick-up and free shipping. I now consider this medium duty. Great machine.

Placed order at Home Depot website. Promised delivery within 2 weeks....received snowblower via UPS in 3 days! Delivery person wheeled the box right up my driveway and to my garage. All I had to do was take it out of box, install chute and I'm ready to go with the first snow! Honda even included a bottle of 5-W-30 oil. Excellent service. Did not have to drive to HD and load heavy box into cart, out to car, etc. Free delivery too!
