This product was purchased for my parents' overflow of clothing.
It has good weight/appearance, and was relatively easy to assemble, but would have been much quicker had there been actual directions. It only has a relatively small picture identifying parts with letters of the alphabet. Unfortunately, there were no corresponding letters on the packaging for each piece.
When assembling the base, curved end pieces that house the vertical bars appear to be the same length on both sides of the "center" cavity, but one side is slightly longer. Be sure to match side for side or it will not be level.
Second section of vertical bars are a bit difficult to find the holes with the screw in the connection part and seem really wobbly when locked in place. Becomes a bit more steady once horizontal top bar is in place and the weight of hanging garments steady it more.
Hex screw driver and small open end wrench are included in the package for assembly. Found I had to use a regular wrench to get one of the locking casters to start.
This product only holds 75 lbs. of weight so gauge properly.

This rack collapsed the first night I had it at 2:30 in morning and I thought my house was being broken into because the crash was so loud. Don't buy this useless item.

The rack broke 5 seconds after putting clothes on it. It is listed as commericial quality - what a laugh. I will never order something without seeing it in person to know if it is a quality product or not. However, Home Depot doesn't offer this product in their stores. I think I know why.

I bought this product as a temporary solution while my closet was being remodeled. It is adjustable but does not function well at maximum height/width. The strength and sturdiness increase as the height/width are decreased -- that means less storage space than I actually expected. After my closet is finished I plan to use this rack in my laundry room for a little extra hanging storage.

II found the product of good quality and suits my needs. The only recommendation is to make the assembly instructions clearer by labeling each piece with the corresponding #.

We purchased the clothes rack to replace one in which the 'body' had come apart from the wheel assembly (the soldering joint). Whereas this part of the rack is improved, the overall construction is quite unstable.
