Rated 5 out of 5Â by Steve I use this guy a lot
Once upon a time, many years ago, I did automotive repair for a living. I have a complete set of name brand pneumatic tools such as impact wrenches, die grinders, drills, ratchet and chisel. They're all very old but still function...kind of. Every morning I check Home Depot's site for their "Special Buy of the Day" and these Husky air tools were on special so I bought one of everything. I'm not disappointed, they work great. I didn't realize what sad shape my old tools were in until I began using these Huskys. They're far more powerful, use much less air than my old ones and have a two year warranty. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This product is well worth the price. My business has many of them. One thing to watch for is that if it suddenly stops working but has a good air supply, it is almost always internal. It can be taken apart to find a small roll pin has dislodged from one of the bearing end plates. It can be reinserted and will work fine again.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Slydog Powerful Die Grinder !
I highly recommend this Husky Die grinder, it has a 1/2hp motor vs cheaper units with 1/4hp. I love the adjustable speed control, great for slowing down to buff or speed up to grind. It is rated at 4cfm@90psi but under a heavy load you can easily triple that figure to around 12cfm@90psi for constant grinding. You put this die grinder on a large compressor with high flow fittings and it will sing and nearly get away from you !

This die grinder is much better than some other discount tool supply's product. This one rarely bogs down when cutting 18ga sheet metal. Will definitely buy again.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by MJfromOK Good for light industrial, but doesnt hold up for daily use.
We bought 4 of these to use at our business to grind off sharp edges off of metal. They are used only 15-20 minutes a day and are oiled daily. After the 1st month, 2 of the 4 were dead and after 6 weeks all 4 of them stopped working. Which comes out to a total of 6-10 hrs of total use before they died.
Husky use to make some with a red handle for about $10.00 more and they held up 10-15X longer then these. I wouldn't recommend them.
