Customer Questions & Answers

Is the bronze color wire pool solid metal or plated color? The answer I received does not answer this question.

Is the bronze color just plated, or is it solid metal with the same color completely ( can the bronze finish come off in use?).

I have your satin nickel finish wire pull which is the same color solid metal throughout, but do not know if the bronze wire pulls can eventually lose the surface bronze finish.

What is the difference between this one and the Liberty P604BCC-SN-C (Internet # 203244366) that is in store at twice the cost?

Is there a difference in the metal or what?
Asked by: peedeeboy
The difference is the screws and the warranty: The more expensive version (Model # P604BCC-SN-C Internet # 203244366) comes with a pair of 1" and a pair of 1.5" machine screws. The description also says it has a lifetime warranty. The cheaper version (Model # P604DC-SN-C Internet # 202023487) comes with a pair of 1" machine screws. I do not see a lifetime warranty listed on the website. This model is not sold in stores. It appears that the finish, material, and size are the same for both, so I would recommend you order the cheaper version if the 1" screws fit your needs.

How can I have a product shipped to my home or the store

I'm trying to order some cabinet pulls online. It won't let me add them to my cart because they aren't in a local store (unless I want to drive to Tooele. No one wants to drive to Tooele.) How can I just have those shipped to my home or the closest store for pickup?
Asked by: Wendyree
Order from in store. The store can do a special order and have them delivered either to the store or to your home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good I have used these before, and that is why I ordered more. My wife and I like the closed loop design. It is easy to grab and it does not catch on clothing. They are well made, and easy to install. The only change I had to make was that on several cabinets and drawers the provided screws were too long. I had to had several washers under the heads of the screws to make them fit. Small problem, easy answer.
