Customer Questions & Answers

Can this be used to hang a large mirror?

I want to hang a large flat mirror in my bathroom and want to know if this is the best product to use...
Asked by: mquestfl
We recommend the LN-730 (can also be found as LN-930) Liquid Nails Mirror Adhesive with mirror fasteners of some kind. The adhesive may not be strong enough on its own, the fasteners are strongly recommended. We cant recommend the other adhesives because they can damage the back of the mirror.

When used for ceiling applications, what weight will it support. (polyurethane dome)

Asked by: jack
We do not recommend having adhesives themselves supporting ceiling tiles. We would advice mechanical fasteners in addition. --The Liquid Nails Team

Customer Reviews

28-oz. Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A real "Stuck Up' product! Squirt, Squeeze & Stick. Really holds- if you're not stingy with it. For a good bond, cover a lot of the bonding surface- but stay away from the very edge of the material to be bonded. When you add pressure, it will ooze over and give a tight, secure bond. Fantastic product. Used it to re-face garage door panels and, once caulked & painted, they look like new.
