Ordered 10 units, all 10 were damaged on the corners, 5 had broken lenses. Was able to use all 10 after bending them back in shape. New lenses are being shipped. Dimmers for these units, 0-10V, are very expensive $70-$100 each and require two more wires to be run to each light and run back to the dimmer. At $75 an hour for an electrician, I chose not to use dimmers, and returned them. Despite it all I love the lights, they look great and give out great light and only use 59 watts. The old fluorescent lights used 160 watts and gave out less light (lumens). Home Depot gave me a 10% refund on the entire order, due to the damage, that was fair. So despite it all you will love these lights! And you will save a ton of money on electricity. I highly recommend these lights, NOT THE SHIPPING FROM UPS!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LEDDIM The product is very bright, can be wired multiple ways.
The product is advertised as dimmable. This is true, but requires a high end dimmer--don't think light switch dimmer type. Several products to dim the lights are available, but in the $58 - 99 dollar range. Requires a 4 wire dimmer, two for power 110 (B&W) and two for the 0-10VDV (Violet and Gray). So , straightforward but not easy or cheap. Two intensities can be reached without a dimmer. Full intensity is Violet and Gray unattached (maximum ohm resistance); minimum intensity by connecting the violet and Gray (minimum ohm resistance) wires. Other than that, the light is good, and 14 that I bought all fired right up after being wired.

Product arrived damaged. When I called to report it I was told a new lens was going to be shipped immediately to replace the damaged one. This damage did not occur in transport since the missing piece was not in the box or shipping container. It was shipped damaged. The frame is also lightly damaged. The lens frame does not fit back into the opening since it appears it was dropped and bent. I am still waiting for my replacement part. No quality control or customer followup is evident in this transaction

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jack Well worth the money. No complaints at all.
I have installed many light fixtures over the last 30 plus years and these are by far the best .Very happy with the build quality. Very sturdy and easy to install. Replaced 4 old T-12 4 bulb fixtures- what an improvement . Much brighter- no more flicker.

This LED lay in troffer is a great product. I started with 42 lights for installation in 2 office buildings and they are very nice. They put out way more light than a 4 bulb T-12 light. Nice even light that looks very nice. I'm sure I will be buying lots more of these over the next year. These were installed in last month and just want to make sure no problems before ordering a ton more lights. Our power company offered a rebate which is worth checking in your area as the rebate for me was 75% of project cost. Only downside is I was one short and had it shipped directly to office instead of store pickup and it was damaged so I would recommend ship to store.

I bought 6 lights for my basement gym but ended up returning 2 because 4 proved more than enough for the room. It does appear like there are regular fluorescent bulbs installed behind the lens as another reviewer mentioned. I bought the more expensive version because I was hoping for an even distribution of light across the lens but that turned out not to be the case. It's instant on, quite operation and looks decent.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lucas Compared with Model # 2GTL4 SWL
Only wish the description makes it clear that this light is different from the other one with Model # 2GTL4 SWL, which has a even distribution of LED bulbs across the whole panel. This one with Model # 2GTL4 will appear to have three T8 lamps installed. But, it does give out plenty light!
