My local Home Depot store carries the bulbs. You have to buy them individually - no multipacks were available.

I installed 4 fixtures in a 20 x 25 space. It is very bright in the room this way.
Two fixtures would probably be enough unless you planned on working on cars and such in the garage, in which case you'd have shadows and wish you had more light.

We have 4 in our kitchen which is about the same size. You definitely need more lighting in a kitchen than you would in a garage so I would compromise and put in 3

Answer:
Not for my liking. Yes it will light up the whole space and depending on your ceiling height provide good coverage but don't plan on doing any sort of detail work. I would put four up plus an additional one over any work areas. My 58 year eyes need more light.

Answer:
Probably not if you plan any activity other than just parking your vehicles. I would suggest three or even four. The fixtures are a bit expensive but better to have too much lighting than too little. My garage is about the same size as yours and I plan to install four with one or more placed near locations where I might have a work bench or such.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Check the Measurement I thought the width of this cover was just shy of what we needed, but it was the only one they had. Check your measurements. We broke it when trying to install. Not really their fault, just the wrong size. August 9, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by SHOP LIGHTING I'VE RETURNED TWO OF THESE, WITH BAD BALLASTS. CONTINUED TO BLOW BULBS. GOOD LOOKING LIGHT AT A FAIR PRICE. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing Buy This Maytag French door refrigerator was the best purchase we made. We saw other models (not of the same brand) for much more and they can't beat this! This is 3" narrower than our previous side by side and has so much more room inside. We couldn't be happier! Best purchase of the year! P.S. The Home Depot staff was amazing when it came to taking it out our old one and bringing in our new one. The whole process was complete in about 30 minutes and it probably would've been quicker if I wasn't in it way! lol May 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome lighting with T5HO bulbs Why just good yet excellent overall? It's the light itself that is just awesome - bright and nice in color, much nicer than the T8 fixtures I have installed next to these T5HOs. I wish I had only T5HOs. There's really not much to the fixture itself - it works just fine, is reasonably priced, and relatively simple to install. No assembly was required which is a very nice improvement over the previous fixtures I installed. I think there's a nice feature included if you are connecting multiple fixtures together but I didn't do that. I will likely get two more of these and install them - they are cool! February 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by no go bought light about 3 months ago and it already failed, total waste. its probably the ballast April 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good quality light box Installed them in the garage and unfinished area in the lower level. Good light output and decent looking light box. March 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great fluorescent fixtures I installed (4) T5 fixtures with 54 watt HO lamps in 3 car garage. 2 in my work area and 2 in car area. They put out a lot of light, pictures show a glare, which is not there. If you are doing more than 4 fixtures, purchase the 15 lamp pack, lamps are 1/2 the price. I had fixtures and lamps shipped directly to my home, all in excellent condition. January 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by High output fluorescent lights. Installed two lights in garage. The new small LED bulbs in each unit give excellent, bright light.. Good value. December 9, 2015
