Customer Reviews

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice door In store wasn't able to find out any real good information regarding the door. A store display was of a larger size, we needed the 35" wide unit. After a few weeks of checking out other doors we decided to purchase this door because of the ability to adjust the door for walls that aren't perfectly straight. When we unboxed the door and installed it we we ultimately pleased with the end results. However there are definitely a few things to be aware of. We found the specialty screw driver was missing but, luckily we had one that matched. The clips to hold the fixed wall panel are cheap plastic, but being that the glass panel fit into the wall jam very snug we believe we will be ok. Instruction images could be better. The bottom door sweep is very stiff and drags on open/closing the door. There is no door stop so when you open the door if you're not careful the door can get away from you and swing open and could hit a wall. We thought the door had an automatic close, but it does not. If the door is slightly open and you let it go it wants to close, but the stiff door sweep prevents it from doing so. Lastly, when trying to get questions answered from the vendor regarding available options for the door sweep, plastic clips and door stop I have yet to receive a response. Very unresponsive after multiple attempts. Good thing there aren't really any critical issues with the door. Not a show stopper but just be aware. December 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thrilled with the product... Installed the product in about 2 hrs, installation sheet was good the pictures really showed the next steps. Adjustment was nice considering my wall was leaning 3/4 inch out. Very impressed with the weight of the handles and towel bar that attached through the glass. They had a neat feature that closed the door automatically once you got it within 8 inches or so of closing it. I really liked the fact there was no top rail across the door, so it gave a nice clean frameless look. February 28, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It's a better fit for a 47" opening I believe our opening was 48" on the dot (I'd have to go check again), but we ended up having to extend every adjustment this door had to make it just barely make it. There's plenty of adjustment room, so if you have a 47" opening, it's probably perfect. We also had an issue that the first shipment included a door that had the holes drilled crooked. It took waiting on hold for quite a while, but the manufacturer was good about the situation and sent a new door out right away. It's in and done now and it looks good enough. I'm not sure what it is I don't love about it, but I don't quite love it. That's not to say it's "bad" in any way though. But if I had it to do over again, I might consider a different door. Finally, keep shipping times in mind -- Home Depot's estimate (1 week) was nowhere near the actual time it took. I believe it took about a week for the door to leave the manufacturer (in Quebec) and another week to get to California. January 10, 2014
