Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Moen reliability A good work horse type faucet that will perform well for many years. July 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great purchase The fixture was easy tio install even with an older bathroom. Works great, excellent pressure and three sprays ( I don't think you need more). Great product . April 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good faucet My installer had no problems installing faucet. It works great, a huge improvement over the 20 year old faucet it replaced. July 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Looks good, install not so bad. The only complaint I have regarding this faucet is the instructions. It is all pictures and no text. I questioned a couple of things and had to email Moen support and wait for reply. Before you pruchase visit their website and check out the instructions to make sure you understand before you purchase. other than that the unit works as expected plus it was on sale for about eighty bucks. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hello water pressure! I had this unit installed by a contractor and it looks great! I wasn't expecting much from the shower head as it was a less expensive model but the water pressure is great! Only time will tell how the whole unit holds up but from an initial user standpoint it looks good, it functions well and the price was great! December 16, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid this at all costs My plumber insisted I get a Moen faucet for my corporate rental unit. I usually buy Glacier Bay and have never had a lick of trouble with them. This Moen has been trouble from the start. You cannot control the amount of water coming out - just turn the lever until you reach the correct temp. It wastes a lot of water. This was installed in the summer, and in the winter people began complaining that the water wasn't hot enough, even if turned to the hottest setting. My plumber tells me that the hardware has to be "adjusted" in the winter to allow more hot water to flow through the faucet (apparently there's some anti-scalding device built it?). I have never heard of any such thing and there is NO WAY I am adjusting the water seasonally. So I just adjust the water at the intake valves. Oh, also the cartridge went bad and needed to be replaced after about 4 months of what I could only describe as light use (maybe 100 showers). Moen might be a good product (I have a kitchen faucet that's Moen and not been a problem) but this particular model will give you nothing but problems. Wish I would have stuck to my guns and bought another brand. February 27, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I tough moen was the best I was wrong I definitely not recommended it. after I installed water valve start leaking right away. March 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not a direct replacement Great product, but not a direct replacement for the Moen I installed 30 years ago. Didn't fit real well because my older home has thick walls and the handle barely stuck out enough to clear the wall. July 26, 2014
