It is suitable for use with subsurface heating elements and is semi-vitreous, so installation options are plentiful for floors and walls in bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and walk-in closets. Frost resistance makes them suitable for exterior applications and they are highly skid-resistant to foster solid footing. Use this mesh-mounted tile in any commercial or residential setting for an upscale look without the hefty price. NOTE: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.

Answer:
Yes, the tile can be cut to a straight edge for this use with a tile saw but remember, it is almost 7/16" thick and might stand proud of typical thickness tile.

Given the small size and thickness of the tiles, it seems like it might be pretty difficult to cut these tiles. Any help is appreciated.

Answer:
We used a wet saw but found that in trimming edges, it was helpful to reinforce both sides of the tile with packing tape for stability so the tiles were not moved by the saw blade. This provided a nice clean, even cut.

Greecian White Hexagon 12 in. x 12 in. x 10 mm Polished Marble Mesh-Mounted Mosaic Tile is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 50.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my new bathroom Used as a backsplash behind our sink with the pencil edge, also on the floor of our smallish master bath.It was a little difficult cutting the angled. pieces in front of the shower stall because of the size of thepieces. If you handle too much pieces come off of the mesh easily. There were some pieces that had undesireable orange coloration which I removed and replaced with extra pieces of the white or gray from an extra sheet prior to installation. You can glue them on to sheet with a hot glue gun or just press them into the thinset into the open spots. Make sure they have good adhesion. Love the way the room turned out.

Very easy to lay, has grey and sometimes beige/very light brown undertones depending the batch number. Gives great contrast on the floor. We used it on our Master Bath floor and shower floor. We used non-sanded bright white grout and are so pleased with the results. We sealed it three times just to be safe. We loved this tile so much we also used it in the kids bathroom with the same great results. No problem with slippage that we have found.

It is a beautiful design, and paired it with Mare Bianco 12 in. x 24 in. Glazed Polished Porcelain Wall Tile. Really nice combination, and get compliments on them all the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for walk in shower tile floor Remodeled a bathroom with Grecian white marble tile but needed something that would provide more traction on the floor. This mosaic tikecwas perfect. Used it on the bathroom floor as well and created a focal point with glass tile as a border.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from shades of grey Although this tile's name says "white" it is actually much more a mix of white and greys. The greys run the spectrum light to dark (although more light), and many of the white tiles have a warm, yellowish undertone. There are also a few pieces that have a rusty/reddish color. As it is marble, there is variation sq ft to sq ft, but even with less than 30 sq ft there is a good bit of variation. I was looking for a floor tile to go with hard-to-match grey tile walls, so the range of color works very well for me. The small hexes keep the tile from being slippery, and the tile only looks shiny in a certain light.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Look! I have been trying to decide on the hex or herringbone pattern. I decided on the hex and it looks fabulous. The installer wasn't necessarily used to working with marble so I had some input from doing research.Overall the tile is nice but it is soft so you do have to be careful. I have it on the floor and on the front wall of the shower. I used silver platinum grout from Lowes AFTER the tile was sealed. Be sure to get a dehazer as well. It's been in a couple of months and I think my bathroom looks like a million bucks; modern and sophisticated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from luxe look for little This tile is a good value. You can get a luxe look for way less than marble hex mosaics sold at a tile store. Tile stores were 3x the price. Now, the quality at a tile store is undeniably a bit better (thicker, more uniform). I had to hand pick each mosaic as quality really varies from tile to tile. I wanted mostly white with some gray and beige. Because I was only looking to use the hex on the shower floor and as accents around the bathroom, these worked well for my master bath project. I'm told installation was a bit challenging and that you must be careful when cutting to avoid chipping. Grouting is a bit of a challenge. We used a urethane grout and then needed a "dehazer" to make the polished marble shine.

I am using it for my shower floor. The colors vary since it is real stone, but they all go together; mostly white, blues and some beige. The tiles have a little sparkle to them. I will post pictures when the remodel is completed.
