Answer:
You remove all clothes after the wash cycle, split the load in two and then do 2 consecutive drying cycles. Drying cycle needs more room to perform well. Unfortunately, all North American combo washer-dryer should work on the same socket as a regular dryer, ie 250V, giving more electrical power to dry in a reasonable time.

Answer:
Dear Valued HomeDepot Customer,
"Due to the fact that the capacity standards established for washers and dryers differ that is why the capacity for each type of function is different. From an operational standpoint you do not need to remove cloths when using the dryer it just will take longer to dry a larger wash load."

Hello,
You should not have a problem placing the unit under the countertop, just make sure that the back and sides have sufficient room for the unit to ventilate properly. Thank you

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy with product The machine is not leveled it is bouncing all over the place and scratched up our wall. We cant quite figure out how to use it the directions are hard to understand. October 8, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by To say this is GARBAGE is to put it nicely. Bought 2 of these for two locations. Hooked everything correctly. It doesn't fill it with water during the cycle. It just kinda spin back and forth for over an hour and it doesn't clean anything. Think of it like this. You put soap in it and it spins slowly around with barely any water. It rinses and spins for the next hour and then you open to see your clothes just as dirty and the dirty would be on the glass after THREE washes. Yeah I washed the same load THREE times and the glass is still dirty with grass, the clothes is still dirty. January 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by love the size the small unit was just what I was looking for. options are perfect! May 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by product fit well, and works like a charm. The washer dryer was great ,it didn't require a vent,so it was perfect for our 5th wheel trailer. April 19, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Purchase Ever! I had 3 pants in there drying for 6 hours, and they still weren't dry. Washer works great, even though it sounds like helicopters landing just outside my door. Noisy and basically the dryer is a joke. December 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Washer dryer Takes two hours to dry clothes not very efficient. Does not really work too well for us November 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Happy Very happy with our this washer/dryer. Took awhile to set up and follow the instructions, but once set up it works great and is easy to use. Does a good job on the clothes. Takes a longer to run because its an energy saver. Had a problem with delivery but the people at Home Depot worked with me to solve it. This is exactly what we wanted. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good-if you know what you are getting I've had this for a few weeks and so far it is working as it should (crossing my fingers). It is very handy to have a washer/dryer upstairs in my house. It is very convenient. It is not a true replacement for a regular washer dryer set, unless you are a fairly neat, single person, without pets. What I mean by that- it is a small machine and does small loads--you can't expect it to dry 10 towels--honestly, I can't do that in my big dryer! You can't throw filthy clothes in there and expect them to come out spotless. This machine does not agitate--good for wear and tear on your clothes (clothes won't pill up!) but not as good for stain removal. I've found that pre-washing a little bit in the sink is the best bet with this machine. I put shout on some stains and threw it in and the shout made its own stain. This also isn't the best for furry clothes--if I throw something in it with a lot of cat fur on it, it stays on--guess there isn't enough action to wash it away, some will remain in the machine. It has 2 cycles that will go directly into the drying cycle-the cotton/ normal cycle and the refresh-then there are a ton of others that are like handwashing, rinsing out, etc. you'd have to hang them to dry. I find all these cycles kind of confusing and not very useful. I mostly use the 3 hr cotton/ normal cycle--the clothes come out a wee bit damp--but are generally dry by the time I put them in the closet. I fold my towel and just hang it on the towel bar in the bathroom and it is dry in an hr or so. The only thing that really ticks me off about this machine is that they aren't correct with their measurements--I had less than 2 ft to put it in and was thrilled to find that this one was 22 inches---but it isn't--the hoses and hookups on the back put on a few more inches---if I'd known that I'd probably bought another stainless steel model that would have matched my other appliances--so beware!
