Customer Reviews

Sonata Urban 16 in. W Mirror in Mahogany-DISCONTINUED is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective product We ordered the sink & mirror. The sink is beautiful and installed, but we have only had problems with the mirror. We have ordered this mirror a total of 4 times expecting the next one to be free of defects. 1st mirror - Damaged during shipment. 2nd mirror - Shipped with extra over-packaging per instructions. No damage during shipment but obviously had been dropped before packaging as the edge of the mirror was crushed. 3rd mirror - No physical damage on inspection. But after instlaling we noticed that the mirror was not flat and looked exactly like you were looking in a fun-house mirror. 4th mirror - Again, no physical damage, but the mirror was again warped in a different direction. I can only assume that the manufacturing process of this mirror type can not produce a flat substrate which is the wood backing for the mirror.
