RPM rating

Hello, Can you tell me the RPM rating on this pad? I'm having a hard time finding a Makita backing disk/ pad to match the one that came with the grinder I have which is rated at 8600 RPM.

Does this pad use a special nut?

My Black & Decker pad of 40 years fell apart. No wrench was required to tighten or loosen as it used a special nut. It isn't possible to tell from the picture.

The Makita 7 in. Rubber Pad (192978-2) uses a Lock Nut, part number 193048-0.
