Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by barr993 Very happy with this flooring choice so far
Bought this for our 12x12 dining room. Followed the extra 10% rule and ordered 8 cases. Had it shipped to store as home delivery was "Curbside" and didn't want to risk it being out in the weather. Pick-up was easy.
This was my first wood floor install and it was relatively easy. Not sure why others gave it low ratings for locking together too hard. I used a dead blow hammer and tapped the edge of the floor up and down the length while putting some pressure on top side. Had no issues with this method and would rather have a firm fit than a loose one. Went together in a matter of hours.
Very few boards than were not usable due to splits, knots or handling damage. Used a small sharp chisel to fix a locking groove dent here or there.
Ended up with slightly more than one box worth left over. Returned it to the store for a refund with no issue.
Looks great, have had a lot of remarks as to how good it looks. Floor was as level as I could get it but not perfect and this being click-lock flooring it is creaky at times in one particular area. Not a fault of the wood floor though. It's been about 3 months so far and no durability issues. Put pads under all of the furniture that can move. Hardness seems good, have not dented or scratched it yet.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by krajna01 Handsome Product, but average quality
It's a good product that's relatively easy to install. A few of the boards came with the finish side peeling up in a couple locations. I used them in small areas or where I trimmed pieces. Still for the price per square foot, every piece should not have these type of flaws.

The flooring looks great, but it can be a pain to assemble. I would suggest a soft mallet to help keep them down and locked. We bought more than we needed, but had to open all the boxes to make sure we had enough nice pieces. Some boards were splintered or looked too bad to use, but I think that is what you get with the value of the boards. Installed in our hallway and kitchen; will buy more for dining room when we get to that renovation.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by unhappyinks Durability terrible
I have had this flooring for 3 1/2 months and the look is beatiful but durability is terrible. I am not sure how this flooring receives a rating as a 4 on the hardness scale. If you drop anything slightly heavy on it, it dents and scratches very easily. I have been able to cover the dents with a stain pen but it does not hide the scratches. The flooring has a beautiful worn look but in lots of areas it is rough and can catch and pull up leaving, exposed light hickory. The other warning is that if you have slightly to very uneven subflooring, the floating affect is more like a trampoline. Very disappointed in the price and how it is holding up and we have only had it for several months. Worried what it will look like in a few years.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by joemck Looks amazing when installed but.........
This flooring is absolutely beautiful when you FINALLY get it installed. It is VERY hard to get it to click together. VERY HARD!! I mean an NIGHTMARE. It can be floated or glued. I glued it, and everything else in my house. If you plan to float it then you may not have as much trouble, but I doubt it. The finished floor looks awesome. My issue is with the locking system the flooring incorporates. Flooring that costs this much should not be this hard to install. I am not a contractor but I am very experienced with this sort of work.

This floor started out to be a difficult challenge to "lock and click" and it is not the worlds easiest floor to install as described by the manufacture. But after four or five feet of pure aggravation the product did become somewhat easier to install once you get the "hang of it". In the end when all said and done the floor does look amazing. I floated this floor over a slab and actually screwed my spacers to the wall because of the force and pressure needed to snap the boards together. I had a hard time snaping the ends together because the black slide tab that is suppose to lock the ends of the two boards together did not work properly all the time. It seemed to be easier at times to slide the ends in first and then push the length of the board into the board already installed on the floor for what it is worth. The boards do chip, scratch and splinter easily so you must be careful everytime you install a board.
