CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Close to What Pictures Show While its a given that there will be some variation in color when dealing with wood products, the views shown as samples on this site utterly fail to come close to the actual difference in wood color. The floor looks almost like a checkerboard when installed. Very disappointed. May 27, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Floor in the World Can't tell you how beautiful, rich looking and easy to clean this flooring is. The shine, the ease of taking off glue or scuffs. I wish I would have done my whole condo with this floor. I highly recommend. June 30, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I got a bad batch I am a carpenter. I have installed 20 to 30 prefinished floors over the last 7 to 8 years. I have never seen this many Bad boards in a batch. What do I mean by bad boards? The T&G from board to board don't line up. The end to end T&G are not deep enough to get a tight fit. End cuts are not 90 degrees from long edges. Boxes that are "random" length that are 90% 12" pieces. Instructions remind you to work from at least 3 boxes to get a better mix. I am pulling from 8 to 10 boxes at a time. I've just never seen anything like it. I've been able to make it work but it has been the most difficult floor I have ever installed. April 26, 2013
