Answer:
Some bit holders tend to require more force when new to remove the bits. Pliers often work well, but if the problem persists please contact our customer service at 1-800-SAWDUST or https://www.milwaukeetool.com/Contact.aspx for a replacement.

Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never finished the package, not worth the frustration! Can't believe how bad these bits are. Not a huge Milwaukee guy but never had issues with any of their other products. Stay away from these. July 23, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 0 stars 20 years as a carpenter and I never was so disappointed the first time I used this you cannot drive more than 3 3 inch screws ,it's done after 2 December 18, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Really Milwaukee? I cannot believe these pieces of trash come from the same company that makes the Sawzall, and their other fine tools. Are these aluminum, and I just didn't read the fine print? Doesn't please me to write such a harsh review, but trust me people these are no bueno, and the Makita "Gold" bits are much stronger. Milwaukee should fire the person in charge of producing these things. November 3, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad quality Good thing I bought a kit of 10, went through the first three in less than 5 minutes putting screws onto duraroc board. Junk, do yourself a favor pay more for the Dewalt bits, in the end it's cheaper. October 20, 2015
