Product Overview

The Milwaukee Hole Dozer Hole Saw features Rip guard, the strongest tooth form in the industry, backed by the Rip guard limited lifetime tooth break warranty. Each tooth is built with more steel behind the cutting edge for added strength. The Rip Guard warranty on tooth breaks is a first for the hole saw industry. The added tooth strength along with 8% cobalt give added life to the teeth, allowing for increased productivity on the jobsite, as well as continued hole quality. The Hole Dozer includes Plug Jack, an all access slot design that allows for full access during plug removal. The Plug Jack gives access lower into the cup for thick material and higher towards the teeth for thin material. With multiple positions to apply leverage and better plug access, Plug Jack increases productivity and eliminates wasted downtime between holes. For fast, tool-free change-outs, use Milwaukee's universal Quick-Change Arbors. 49-56-7210, 49-56-7240, 49-56-7250 and 49-56-9100.

Answer:
Yes - I used it to cut through concrete and stucco for a vent.
Note that most dryers use 4" vents & ducting. This is a 6" hole saw (you may want to get the 4" carbide hole saw instead).

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lasted 4 1/2 Holes Used this to drill through lathe and plaster and only lasted 4 1/2 holes which didn't make me very happy for the price. Bought a cheap version at Harbor Freight that did the same job. July 19, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hole Saw Started out fairly well with drilling the first hole. Does not keep it's sharpness as it is used, it was worthless after 3 holes drilled, i had to purchase a 2nd one to finish the job. To pricey for it use - looking for different brand. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First time using hole saw this big. Had to vent a bathroom. Cutting thru a concert siding. Only good one time. It did the job but costly. December 8, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just didn't cut it I bought this to cut a dryer vent in my wall. The requested task was not all that difficult and I almost just dremeled it but I saw these at Home Depot and wanted to try it out. It took me about 45 minutes and a sore wrist to get through it.I would only recommend this for drywall. I think that it would be better if the hole saw had more float like the rest of the hole saws that I've got. Who knows, maybe it was user error? I will be returning this tomorrow. I should add that I gave it a 5 on quality because it looks really well made. Zero manufacturing defects that I could see and I love the idea; but, for the price, I was disappointed. January 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hole Saw Used this to cut a hole through my house to run a vent for a basement bathroom exhaust fan. Cut through aluminum siding nicely as well as several other layers of house wrap and framing. Can't speak to longevity since I've only used it once. A little expensive but other cheaper hole saws from different stores were poorly reviewed, so I guess the extra cost is worth it. January 9, 2015
