Unfortunately it is made in china, but i have one and like it so far. if you do get one i have read a few reviews and had the problem myself of the chuck not being tighten correctly when you buy it address this and you should have a good drill for a long time.

Milwaukee tools are only "designed" at their facility in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Sadly, as of 2008, the parent company of Milwaukee has their tools made in China now.
