Customer Reviews

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 36 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice looking and better than most other canopies My wife and I really like the size and look of this gazebo. I didn't have any trouble putting this together and unlike some of the other reviews, our canvas is generally waterproof unless there is a serious downpour. I would agree that welds are pretty poor and a lot could be done better to make this last longer. The powder coating has started to peel, but some touch ups with rustoleum isn't too hard to do. Overall, I think it's a great value for what you get. I've had a few other canopies that cost about the same price and are far worse in quality. July 17, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The product is poorly made This gazebo went together poorly. The welded uprights were welded wrongly. Some of the uprights were dented when unloaded from the box. And finally installing the Canopy was a feat. The fabric is not weather resistant as it claims. The rain has leaked completely through the fabric destroying all my personal belongs on the Gazebo. I'm very dissapointed with this product wouldn't recommend it to anyone. June 22, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by stylish easy to assemble, looks high end, priced just right October 17, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by So far, so good I just put it up on Saturday. It seems fairly sturdy. I mounted it to my wood deck, and it looks really nice. My concerns are when it rains, the water looks like it will accumulate in the frame, and how will it handle big storms? We will most certainly find out soon enough... Also the welding is poor quality, and had issues lining up some of the bolts, even had to file weld splatter out of one of the weld nuts, which I was luckily/skillfully able to do, only because I had the file and experience to do so. Therefore I tagged Easy to Assembly, yet Difficult as well. Also, I greased all the buttons and bolts to help keep from rusting. July 24, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by sturdy, nice looking, NOT RAINPROOF Looks very lovely. My husband & I took 4.5 hours to assemble this gazebo on our deck. We did need another very tall person, on a ladder, to help raise the roof. All the parts were there, (surprise!) however the Instructions are not that great no surprise!). This gazebo does seem very sturdy. If you are seeking something that will keep you dry from rain, I would not recommend this one. The roof does not fit tightly in the middle so water comes through the center -also the water that runs off the side splashes into the gazebo. So, although we purchased this becuase it was weather resistant, it really isn't....that is a disappointment. If you live in a dry area and desire shade, go for it! June 17, 2011
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointment My husband and I were extremely disappointed with this product.....the overall look of the gazebo is really nice, however, the two tops do not fit properly so rain and water get in through the top because the tarp does not fit.....we were excited to get a bigger gazebo so that we could sit out under it during light rain, however, not going to was hard to install and put together and like I said the top does not fit properly.....there was even a couple of small holes in the canvas on the top......I am on unemployment and I would have loved to receive a product worth the amount of money we paid for yourself a favor and get the cheaper least it did not leak! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mongolia Gazebo worth the extra money..... I purchased the Gazebo on line after lookling at lighter weight models in the Home Depot and other retail stores. It drop shipped from the vendor, and I recevied it in about one week. It was packaged well, no parts were broken, and no parts were missing. It took a male/female 50 year old could approximately 6.5-7 hours to assemble the unit with a cordless drill. It was a nice project, the instructions were pretty clear. The unit is more attractive than pictured. The constructiopn is solid. The fabric top is good qulity and looks great as well. I recommnend this product. May 2, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We love the Mongolia Gazebo! This is a great vaule. It is sturdier than the ones I saw on display in the store and just for a few more dollars. It is very attractive as well ~ pleasant surprise. Some people had trouble with assembly, but my husband (6ft) and I (5 ft) were able to assemble it in an afternoon using step ladders. (We work well together assembing tents and other things, though). I think the top might be hard if you don't have one or two tall people. We bought it at the start of the summer and the canvas is fading a bit if you're picky. For us, all in all, a great purchase! September 10, 2012
