Easy to assemble. Easy to install. Looks great. A perfect place for my rose bush.

Great product! Only issue was putting correct uprights in correct position.

The trellis is large, but is just the right size for my 5 year old climbing rose bush. It should really help make the green foliage and red blooms stand out. It was easy to assemble. I used ground contact rated 4x4s, trimmed them to fit about a foot into the bottoms of the trellis. And two feet of 4x4s concreted into the ground for extra support. The only thing I did not like that it is made in china. However the quality is good.

I just love the Grande trellis by New England. It is a well made trellis. It was a cinch to assemble, and it went together with ease. I did insert pressure-treated lumber into the post sleeves to give the trellis additional support. My only wish is that the sleeve went further up into the post. In Florida we get heavy rains with high winds. I do fear the weight of the Mandevilla will cause the trellis to sway back and forth ultimately compromising it. Time will tell if that happens.

I purchased three trellises and angled them. It was just the thing needed to hide the neighbor's unsightly part of his otherwise beautiful yard even without the climbing plant which is yet to grow. Assembly took some patience, but by the third trellis we were pros! I love looking out the window and seeing the pretty sight. Have gotten many compliments.

I am completely happy with my 'Grande Trellis' ordered from The Home Depot. As a female Senior Citizen, I easily
assembled the trellis & asked my neighbor to secure it with the enclosed screws & to attach it to the fence where I am anxiously awaiting my climbing rose that was ordered for my new garden extension. I could not be any happier with the product or the ordering & shipping procedure.

I bought this trellis to use freestanding on the side of my porch and plan to have a climbing rose grow on it. I was hesitant to purchase a trellis because I wanted the authentic look of a handmade wooden one. This looks very nice, and was much more affordable than wood and certainly easier to put together. I highly recommend this product.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Notmyrealname High quality, lightweight, wobbly
Pros: Nice looking, high quality materials, hardware included, light weight, low wind resistance, won't rot or rust
Cons: Easier for 2 people to assemble. The two included foundation pieces for a freestanding application fit firmly 22" in the ground, but don't fit far enough (only 8") up into the 8' trellis to ensure a firm stance. Despite adding more screws to attach the foundation legs to the trellis, I may end up installing a 6' cedar post or similar behind the middle of the trellis and attach to it with screws for stability.
