These corbels were exactly what I was looking for to design shelves for above our bay window and sliding door. I am thrilled with how they turned out and the custom look & quality that these corbels provide. Since I needed 4 of them, it was quite the expense

The corbels are simple, well built and fit extremely well with our modern kitchen. They also arrived 2 days earlier than expected.

We wanted to modernize an older ornate fireplace and used these with a 12-inch wide maple mantle. It was perfect and easy to install with the built-in hangers on the back.

The corbels look identical to the photo. They arrived quickly and accepted paint beautifully. I would purchase them again.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kitchen2014 nice simple corbel but..
We used these under our breakfast bar on our new quartz countertop for extra support on the overhang. They stained nicely, they had metal brackets but the screws that came with them are bad. The first two screws head sheared off so we used better screws we owned.

I purchased these for a kitchen island and breakfast bar that I was building. I believe the intention is that these are decorative (there are slots to accept screws in the back) but they are solid enough to serve as structural components, which is what I used them for. I wanted them to support the breakfast bar overhang.
At the price, if I consider my time worth anything, they are certainly cheaper than making some myself.
Made in China from laminated smaller pieces of maple, the workmanship is all right, but not spectacular. The CNC routing that creates the side profile is a bit rough, but nothing that can't be improved with a little sanding. That's the one thing which prevents me from giving them a 5 rating.
The maple is unfinished, which allows you to match them to the finish of a larger project.
Overall, when compared to building something similar from scratch, they are a good value.
