Answer:
6.7 is higher than 4.0 EPA safe limit. not sure if you are selling your property, but with this reading, you cannot sell without providing mitigation system.
in fact, there's no safe limit considering the fact that radioactive materials can cause serious health issue over time. the reading can be higher and lower depending on the season, weather, etc. in any case, i would test again to get the average

You can try to call them, but It will take many calls to get a real person. If you log onto the pro-lab site with your sample number there should be a pop-up screen that will give some excuse why they haven't finished your sample. Good luck.
I reported this product as a scam to Home Depot Customer Service in Atlanta.

PRO-LAB Radon Gas Test Kit is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 56.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Insanely inaccurate result Simple to use and relatively inexpensive, but really poor experience all around. - Took well over the time indicated on the package to get back results - Results came in at over 9000 bq/sq.m, which is insanely high (200 is the max recommended "safe" level in Canada). - Ended up buying a more expensive digital detector. Test in the same conditions resulted in under 50 bq/sq.m. - Without any interaction with the lab, aside from the email with results, I had little confidence in the quality of this product or of the abilities of the lab. - Would not recommend this product.

Purchased this kit when I was in the store a few weeks ago because of an article I read about radon gas. Decided to try it despite the low ratings. Boy, am I glad I didn't listen. First of all, the instructions were very clear and test was easy to perform. After sending my kit back, I received my results within the 10 days as promised. I would definitely recommend this kit-actually, I bought one to send to my parents in Chicago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast results, no issues We purchsed this and followed the provided instructions. We got a confirmation email when they received the sample and results about 5 days later. Our results were well above the EPA standard so we had a mitigation system installed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money and time - Lab did not analyse results Bought the test kit and started running the test the same day. Sent the test in the same day it finished via mail per the instructions. Lab claims they didn't receive it for 21 days and didn't analyse the kit. I guess its theoretically possible that the mail service took 21 days to deliver a package in the same city. But I don't believe it. Seems like a scam. Complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you follow the instructions exactly, you will get your results promptly Don't believe the nay sayers. Bought this last week. Began my test on a Tuesday and completed on a Friday, as instructed while the test was ongoing, I registered my kit along with the vial serial numbers on the pro-lab website. At completion of the test I put the vials in the self addressed prepaid envelope but as the instructions warned, don't rely on regular ol snail mail to get the kit delivered in time, or correctly. The instructions suggested I mail it using priority mail or higher to ensure expedited delivery. So that's exactly what I did, sent out that Friday afternoon via USPS Priority mail from PA to Pro Lab Florida address. It arrived Monday as the post office informed me it would. I received a confirmation email from Pro Lab stating this... the very next day I received my results via email....fantastic service and fast for standard .

My realtor told me to do a radon test before putting my house on the market and saw this when in the store. The directions were very easy to follow. I had a quick question and called the company and the customer service rep I spoke to was very informative and helpful. I mailed off the test and within the promised time, received the results. I will be buying another kit to test my new home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works I read an article about radon gas and decided to purchase a test kit when I was at the Home Depot. Despite all the negative reviews the pro lab radon test kit was simple to use and gave me the peace of mind that I needed regarding my radon levels. I received my test results within 10 days after Mailing the detectors. The product works and I would definitely recommend to HD customers
