I had this mirror installed by my uncle (who is a contractor) 3 months ago when I re-did my bathroom. it came out looking better that I expected. I am 100% happy with my choice. my uncle installed it so I don't know how hard it was to install. I had it installed as recessed, which I think makes it look a lot better than if i would have installed it on the surface.

This cabinet has tripled my storage space! I actually have unused storage at this point! With three panels and shelving in each, we are in a blissful state. My contractor commented on how heavy this is. VERY!! I can't speak for the installation process. I came home and he had it done; just the way I had hoped! I have assigned one panel for each of us that regularly use this bathroom and we are each very pleased to have our own little section. It is sleek looking and since we had it recessed, it doesn't feel intrusive in our relatively small bathroom, despite being quite large. Happy! Happy! Happy!

We ordered this online, and were very pleased. The shelves are sturdy and show the quality of the product. Fully mirrored inside, so it makes everything look bigger.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Keith Well made cabinet with excellent mirrors and glass shelves.
It was delivered to the store the delivery weight is 82 pounds which might have something to do with the much higher price for this cabinet. If you are putting this in an older house with an old 30 inch vanity and you are upgrading to a 35 inch vanity you will need to carefully measure the height above a newer vanity. I ended up moving a race track light up a couple of inches. There was maybe two inches to spare from the floor to the light. A 26 tall cabinet would give 5 extra inches. I took the doors off and mounted the bottom bracket hitting studs and using two sheet rock anchors. I used an adjustable extension pole to brace it while I put the top brackets in The instructions were adequate but no mention of taking the doors off. That made the job quite a bit easier.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MidtownGal Excellent Medicine Cabinet for the Money
I purchased this vanity for my apt renovation and I had to wait 1 month because the first one came shattered in the delivery and it was then out of stock.
1-It looks beautiful and opens up the space because of the size of the mirrors.
2-Excellent quality inside and outside. The interior is all mirrored and well made.
3-The size is perfect for apts in Manhattan where you don't have tons of closet storage.
4-Home Depot gave me a rush delivery -much more expensive at no extra cost because of the damaged article the first time.
5-I thought the beveled mirror will look outdated and maybe a bit cheap but I was WRONG! It looks very contemporary.
6-Love the soft closing doors.
My ONLY COMPLAINS...
1-Is that the shelves are fix inside at certain height not allowing you to store tall bottles.
2-The measurements in the instructions that accompany the medicine cabinet and I think the measurements on the site are not the correct ones. They are off by 1" or so in height. DON'T open the hole in the wall (if wall mounted) until you have the piece. We had to fix the tile by cutting it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BocaDave Sturdy medicine cabinet
The cabinet came with the mirrors that attach to the outside of the cabinet broken in hundreds of pieces. This was disappointing since it meant repacking and returning the product which weighed 88 pounds. Instead I had my glass professional cut 2 new replacement mirrors and Home Depot gave me a credit for the cost. Installing the cabinet is definitely a 2 person job. Once you install the bottom support bar using a level, it takes 2 to lift the cabinet and rest it on the bottom support. After that, its easy.
The cabinet is well constructed and looks great. My only issues are that the holes for the 3 glass shelves are predrilled and there is only one level for each shelf. It would have been better if more mounting holes were present so you could adjust the height of the shelves. Since I needed to store tall items on a shelf, I had to remove (and loose) a shelf to obtain the extra height I needed. Also, would have preferred that 3 doors opened so the two outside doors were hinged on the outside which would allow an outside and inside door to be opened at the same time and with the mirrors on the interior of the doors create a better wrap-around view so you can see the back of your head.

Do yourself a favor and take off the doors prior to installation - it's so much lighter and more manageable without them.
I was worried about fingerprints on the corners of the mirrors from opening and closing, but there is a finger groove behind the mirror that is easy to grip. No fingerprints!
The soft-close doors are fantastic; however, after two months, one of them needs an extra little "push" to fully close. It's not a big deal though.
The shelves in the space are a little narrow and they are glass, so things were slipping off pretty easily as I reached for items around the item I wanted. I got some spongy shelf liners that were easy to cut to size and the problem was solved.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ordered123 Extremely hard to install, glass crooked
We just installed this in our master bathroom and it took us five hours to install. The product is extremely heavy. We didn't realize this until after we installed it that two of the doors are crooked and not properly flush against the sides, so you could see the rubber hinges on the sides of the door. I called HD and their solution was to return it. There is no way we would return the product after the time it took to install it. We JUST want replacement mirrors and I am still waiting for an answer from HD.
