Answer:
No, there are no settings for pressure. It just builds up in the tank and goes out the hose.

Answer:
We don't recommend that you do this because the air will continually bleed off the regulator when the tire chuck is being utilized and the unit will not shut off because it will bleed off faster than the cfm it produces. Feel free to contact us at (888)895-4549 or airservices@powermate.com.

Answer:
A brad nailer can be used intermittently with this air compressor. If you were to start firing several brad nails in a rapid fire fashion, which is usually not the case with a brad nailer, you may need to stop occasionally to let the compressor refill.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.9 out of 5 by 32 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by cheap I think it is built poorly. The on/off switch somehow broke off mine and I only used this thing about 5 times. I have to now throw it away. I tried to buy a new switch, but when I replaced this, it didn't work and the switch was about $9. So much for $40 -50 bucks I think I paid. October 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product, great price Excellent for DIYers with small proyects. Light, very portable and easy to use. A little noise. Fast shipping January 24, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 30lbs into an ATV Tire I received this compressor as a gift to have in my garage and so far have only needed it to fill the tires in our ATVs. The compressor requires ~5 minutes just to fill the little tank with 30lbs of air required to fill the tires, and in half the attempts I made, it actually let more air out than it put in. After that, I stored it in the cabinets and went out and purchased a tire inflator for $25 that plugs into the cigarette lighter - fills them in ~1 minute. This may be useful for air tools, but not for tires, in my experience. May 13, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pictures look great, missing parts very noisy, parts missing from sealed box. disappointing purchase. August 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 1 Gal. Portable Electric Air Compressor The compressor was simple to set up and use, would recommend it to everyone. May 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Highly recommend I've been a contractor for 25 years and I have used this little power mate for years. My guys run 2 framing nailers and 3 trim nailers and a paint rig on it all at the same time and it keeps up no problem. Also if you remove the regulator and hollow it out with a drill bit you can easily pull 150 psi. Also I've learned not to drain the water out of the tank, it helps lube the engine since it's oiless. That's what makes them last. I also use it to air up tires. It will air up both back tires on my john deer tractor on a single tank. December 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by air compressor Ordered on line & received it quickly. It was offered at a good price and used it today and it works well. This product could not be bought in store & it came with all the accessories I needed without having to pay extra for them. December 10, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by There are better options It is what it is, a small oil-less compressor. No delusions of this being a dual stage IR compressor. But after opening the box and checking the parts you really need to go spend another $10-ish on an "accessories" kit and some teflon tape. The included parts don't have the pieces required to use the quick disconnect properly. Need male threaded nipples for the air chuck or other pieces. Otherwise you must perma-mount the pieces to the air hose. And obviously it's noisy and too small for anything short of topping off a basket ball or putting 2-5 psi in a tire. January 22, 2013
