Your page with this drawer slide says: "Click Here To See Our Drawer Slide Buying Guide"

http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/catalog/servlet/ContentView?pn=Slides&langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053

Except that link is broken.

I have KV brand rails. I have broken drawer slides. I'm trying to find replacements, but Home Depot and other stores I visit only have ones that fit rails that are 7/8" high. Mine are 1-1/8" high, and look similar to these. Do these have the right size opening, or can you recommend ones that do?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding this item from Prime-Line Products. Unfortunately it does not appear that we have a matching bracket for your 1-1/8 in. tall slides at this time. You may consider using one of these models to see if they might work: R-7133, R-7145 and R-7241. The width of these openings are wider than 1-1/8 in. and may be able to mount vertically to accommodate your slides. The only Read More

The only issue may be the projection length of these which is much shorter than this R-7240.

Answer:
Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding this item from Prime-Line Products. There is not a rear bracket designed to work with the R-7211 drawer slides, as those slides are designed to fasten directly to the inner walls of the drawer cabinet, there are no other brackets used with the R-7211 drawer slides.

Rated 2.6 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Returned it When I opened it and the contents were one screw short, I should have known this wasn't gonna end well. After several unnecessary holes due to several adjustments, used a different bracket which worked perfect on first install. August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by does the job The bracket was not as sturdy looking or feeling that I'd hoped it would be but it did fit and functions as it should. Perhaps when it comes to plastic feeling sturdy is not important. The bracket I had to replace was twice as thick but it did break causing me to replace it so I guess only time will tell the durability of this replacement. The holes lined up with the holes in the cabinet so there was no need to drill new ones. My cabinet had these little plastic pegs that the screw screwed in to with the peg going in to the hole in the back wall of the cabinet. January 25, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Drawer rail ends These drawer ends were not factory replacements so they needed a little work to make them work with the drawer. I knew they were not factory replacements going in so after slight modification they are working just fine. February 23, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Product specifications Dimension shown in drawing incorrect. States 2 5/16", is at 3". Complete waste of time and waiting just to receive a part that does not fit my application. April 2, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Incorrect dimensions The dimensions reflected online are different from what is actually in the package. Online dimensions indicate 2 5/16 inch length, the bracket in the package actually has length of 3 inch. January 31, 2015
