I used it again just a week ago and was fixing some plumbing issues (small drips) around the pvc pipes of my Jacuzzi. I went through one whole can and it fixed 2 of the 3 issues so had to get a second can again to finish the job.
Final conclusion .. the stuff works but get 2 cans ;-> ..

Answer:
Yes, Rust-Oleum LeakSeal Spray Paint is designed for use on several surfaces, including vinyl siding. Please keep in mind, we recommend performing a test spray on cardboard to get a feel for the spray pattern, to ensure best results before applying to the surface.

Depends on the leak and how bad it is. If it is a minor drip I would say yes. I used the stuff to fix a leak around a vent pipe on my roof and also to fix a small drip around some pvc pipes and it worked great.

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 113 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RUBBERY CLEAR SPRAY I liked this clear spray and used it to spray over seams on the canvas cover on my pergola. (the canvas was semi waterproof, but the seams were leaking through in a heavy rain) - at first I sprayed it too closely to the material and made gobs that I had to smooth out with my finger...but learned along the way to spray it at the recommended distance with a a couple of coats - the gobs came out milky white and didn't look clear, but when I sprayed it correctly, you could hardly see it. It drys kind of rubbery, so it was perfect for what I wanted it for and no more leaks from the seams! I do recommend this product and would buy it again. June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Leak seal I had a small crack on the bowl of an outside water fountain. I used the seal leak and it got the job done. August 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works as Promised Product worked great and fixed a plumbing leak I had on my outside Jacuzzi .. It had a slow drip around one or two of the pvc pipes and I turned off the water to those pipes and sprayed it all around and waited a full 24 hours and tested .. no leaks :). Will definitely use this product again in the future. August 9, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I expected I was expecting a product that was less of a liquid. I expected it to fill the crack and be less likely to run down the side of the building. I was using the product to fill cracks in a concrete wall where the mortar had begun to crack and let water inside the building. I do not know at this point if the product actually works; there has not been a rain with winds above 20 MPH. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best sealer ever Used the CLEAR on our fence and posts to raise our backyard level for new sod and bark. Only needed to spray about 5" on the posts and 3" on the bottom of the fence boards. Used this product to extend the life of the cedar wood. Wood just looks "wet". June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by leak seal for reals It works very well especially for areas difficult to get to, etc. Great product, but expensive. July 13, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It really works! Purchased this product to seal a birdbath. It was very easy to use and works just like I wanted. The only problem is that it had a whitish finish rather than clear. June 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stops leaks Easy to use drys rather quickly applied it to my flowerboxes. June 28, 2016
