Take the complete package back to the store and they will either refund to your HD card or will assist you in ordering another. If it was in stock and picked up from the store , they should replace it with another package of like model with managers approval.

Answer:
Hi Rick,
A upper and lower track should be included with your door. Check the packaging to make sure it is not lost in the cardboard box
If the door had been previously opened then parts may be missing. Check with your local Home Depot store.
If they carry this door in stock, they can exchange the door for you or supply you the missing parts.

NO. The bottom and top track fit a max opening of 59.5". You'll need to build out the walls somehow to attach the rails or get a bigger unit.

I would say possibly. My shower opening is about 59 inches and there is a 4" overlap for the doors. If I understand the question correctly, you would have a 1" overlap to keep the water inside the shower. It should work, but just barely.

Thank you for your inquiry. The maximum opening is 59 1/2". If your opening is 62", these doors would not work. You will need a door that would fit that wide of an opening. (Sterling only offers a custom door)

Do shower door come in different widths or does the 59 5/8 refer to the walls the shower/bathtub are enclosed in?

The walls the tub are enclosed in are 59 5/8 but the tub itself is 57 1/8. I bought the t7 model and it's too long. Do you have the proper length or can these pieces, top and bottom be cut to length?

Answer:
Not all shower doors can be modified because of the opening itself and frame. this is a frame-less shower door. always look in the specifications and if gives you range in the width such as
54.375 in. - 59.375 in. If it just gives you the width 59.375 in, then it cannot be modified or it will cust down the entrance of the person entering the shower.

59/58 is the max opening this unit can be installed in. The smaller the opening the more overlap there will be between the doors. Shower doors and tub doors are two completely different things because of their height***.

You cut the top and bottom piece to fit the walls. BUT you said the "tub". Make sure you buy the tub version, not the shower version, which is about 70" tall -- too tall to put on a tub…

The doors comes in few widths and two heights. You need to decide how tall you want your door and pick the door that your opening width falls within. I bought mine in the store.

Yes you can, however you will have to special order the door from the manufacturer, if they will. They will have drill the hole to your specifications. It may double the price of the purchased product or more.

This model comes as pictured with two holes to attach a bar. . Check your local store or the website for a model with one hole for a knob as opposed to a bar. You can also contact the manufacturer or request a store rep to contact them for you to weigh your options.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Performing well! We had a contractor install the shower door and there were no problems. Very pleased. July 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Shower Door for the price The frame was relatively easy to put up if you are a bit of a DIYer. Read all the instructions first and make sure you have all tools handy.Measure once, twice and then once more before cutting top and bottom rails. Can always shave off alittle bit more...cant put it back. I happened to have a reciprocating saw so cutting was easy. Dont assume both will measure the same. Have help when lifting doors into place. They are pretty heavy and it is actually the weight of them that helps hold the top rail down making them slide well on the rollers. I have only just had this door a week so I cannot speak to the long term durability. October 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding and well made sliding shower door The door is a quality product that looks more expensive than it is. Relatively easy for one or two people with moderate skills to install. Surprisingly heavy glass and heavy duty rollers add to the impression of quality. The inclusion of a special "spot free" inside of the door was a pleasant surprise. Could be done in an hour or so, although my wife and I took our time. November 13, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Worth every cent. Based on what quality shower doors can cost you this unit offers great bang for your buck. Quality of craftsmanship is standard as to be expected. Be advised that the frame's finish is painted silver, not silver as in raw aluminum and acceptable for me based on price. That said, take care when installing not to scratch the surfaces when dry fitting and/or cutting. Also, when picking up the unit, if you hear things clanking around in the box, its not the glass, its the frame. mine had a small scratch that wasn't a big deal for me because its high on the inside and not too noticeable. The glass comes with a coating that is supposed to keep the shower side of the doors "clean". Bold instructions say not to use chemicals on that side to maintain the coating. Problem is, the doors are packaged with cardboard spacers that are GLUED to THAT side! Why not flip the doors over and glue the side we can use chemical cleaners on? Just saying. All and all when considering what my other options were going to cost to get this look with good craftsmanship I am extremely satisfied with the product. One other note if your installing yourself- The doors are thinner and lighter than the more expensive units even though this unit is pretty heavy. I noticed my my left side door warps inward a little. If I try and slide that door all the way to the other side it hits the frame leaving a gap. not a big deal since the doors go one way only based on which side your shower head is on. If your doors aren't closing try switching sides before running them back to the store. I luckily installed them the way that worked the first time. Had I encountered that problem I may have freaked out a bit. May 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Absolutely beautiful shower door! Stunning, full glass panels with sterling top and handles and little else to have to clean! My neighbors are all jealous. My new showers doors are more beautiful than others that cost much more. Thank you Sterling Co., I knew that a Koler Product would have to be perfect for me; I'm fussy! January 27, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It's ok It's ok, just need two people to handle it. Not recommend for one person installation. December 13, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by product is fine everything was fine. Came shipped in a very well constructed shipping container. November 19, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks Great, Works Better We are very pleased with the appearance and function of our Sterling Shower Door. The bypass doors work smoothly and we have not had any issues with water seepage past the doors or track. Though the color of the door is called "silver" it is really a polished aluminum. While it is attractive, we were hoping for something more in line with the chrome accessories in our bath. All hardware was accounted for and packed in an easy to see and identify manner. However, the vacuum packing made hardware removal a bit of a challenge. We encountered a bit of difficulty with the install, even after reading through the instructions a couple times before beginning. We suggest reading through the instructions several times and do a "dry run" install to identify any potential problems, before you cut the track too short of have caulked the base track in place. While the install can be done by one person, a second person to help keep everything square, level and plumb would be very helpful. An knob or handle on the inside of the inner door would be a nice addition to this product. Though the install of this shower door is certainley a DIY project, I would hesitate to recommend it to a beginning DIY'er. July 24, 2013
