A reviewer earlier showed a driveway with tire marks on it after 1 week and it looks exactly like mine. Spent $130.00 plus 6 hours applying 2 applications of sealer only to have to strip it all back off which will not be free or easy

I purchased this sealer for our apparatus floor at our ambulance station. The sealer applied easy, dried quickly and evenly and looked great until it got wet. The sealer was applied on Monday and when we washed vehicles on Friday of the same week, the sealer washed off. It looked as if someone had dumped gallons of milk on the floor with the sealer coming off the floor.
The sealer was applied to a floor that was 15 years old and never had sealer applied to it previously. The floor was professionally scrubbed and vacuumed with a zamboni looking machine prior to application.
I will be looking for a different product as this was a waste of money.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Taylor Not 100% waterproof!!!
I ordered 2 of these for my concrete driveway and outside patio tiles. The application way easy with a sprayer. Don't waste your money on this buy more expensive weatherproofing sealer. Also, I've sprayed on the tile and after it dried completely, I sprayed water and it started to get milky like as if its starting to absorb the water! Thin file is on the tile and I removed it because it was slippery when wet. Maybe this sealer is better mixing with paint on vertical application instead of flat horizontal floor. The Eagle brand is better for concrete floor. I'm glad HomeDepot refunded the full amount. Thanks.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JTH Very good product
I've used this product to seal my dock (every other year) and paver patio/walkway (every three years)for years. The wood and stone still look like new, and that's something to brag about considering the salt air and strong sun of Florida.

After all the negatives cast on Thompson's because it was milky white, I went with the special order Original Waterproofing Sealer. Well, it, too, is milky white. Although it dries clear, the liquid frequently clogged the filter on my sprayer, This resulted in occasional heavy, uneven and blotchy application. My 60-foot driveway absorbed the entire 5 gallons with a single coat. Overall, I feel the product did an average job, but not necessarily better than similar products.

I looked at other reviews of products to seal concrete pool pavers and joint sand and saw goo ratings. The last time I tried to have my pool pavers sealed it was a mess as the contractor tried to apply something with a roller. This time I did it myself. This stuff is great. I used a 3 gallon Echo hand sprayer and applied two even coats on the pavers after pressure washing the pavers. I resanded the gaps with fine sand, broomed the surface so the sand was only in the joints and applied the product. It looked milky going going on, but dried clear and set the loose sand so it is hard and permanent. I would recommend this to anyone needing to seal concrete pavers.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by tonysofla Used it on my roof tiles
I used this product to seal my concrete barrel roof as after gently pressure cleaning left the surface
chalky as 8yrs under Florida sun had stripped away the clear coat the tiles came with.
If I didn't seal it, it would get dirty/algae faster and next pressure cleaning would probably eat away on the top-coloring my roof tiles have.
Get a airless sprayer (Titan 100 is only sale for $195 sometimes) if you value your time.
And use it on a less windy day and do two coats.
My 1700 sq house used 4 buckets of this sealer and the satin finish is perfect, not too shiny.
I will update this review in 2 yrs to see if it lasted.
