Customer Questions & Answers

On the wifi signal do I hook it up to my wifi and is there an app to down load or does it go through a monitor dept and does that cost.

Asked by: Dave
This unit does not work through wifi. It operates on a local RF connection, with our HA-434RL receiver. Unfortunately there is no app for this unit, and there's no need for it to be connected to a monitor dept.

How long do the batteries last 1) in sensing mode 2) in alarm mode?

Battery life is key.
Asked by: Greg
Since the sensor is not going to be constantly sending a signal, the battery should last at least a year
