This product cleared off several inches of heavy wet snow very easily. It's durable and light weight, so anyone can use it to clear snow off of big vehicles. You twist, pull, and then lock it into the length you need. The other side of the pole has a small traditional ice scraper that I also used (with success) on the side windows of a mini van. To store it, you can slide it back down and unscrew the big pad and snap the pad onto the pole so it lays flat, but I just keep mine fully extended and hung up between 2 pegs in my garage because the telescoping feature gets stiff and hard to slide apart once it gets a little snow & freezing temps in it.

Handle would not unscrew and extend. At price not worth my time and effort to return. Kept broom part and screwed a long paint stick into it. It'll do the job at home but to bulky now for vehicle. Suggest finding item in a store so you can see if it works. Don't buy online.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by vgvg1 Good snow removal tool but could be better
I found this tool to be quite nifty. It can be disassembled for compact storage in my trunk. The telescopic handle extends the reach nicely. The blade is tall and wide enough to shove quite a bit of snow off the car with one sweep. It was much more efficient than my snow brush, but I still needed the brush to get into the nooks and crannies.
Unfortunately, the quality was not that great. The blade appears to be made of some sort of coated polystyrene which is probably not very durable. In addition, my item seemed to have a defective telescopic handle so I had difficulty locking and unlocking the handle.
The bottom line is that it is a great concept but quality could be better.

I'm very happy with this Snow Joe snow broom. It makes clearing snow off my car many times easier and faster. I was surprised that the broom head was a styrofoam material though, but it's holding up well so far. Tip I found online (if you're having trouble extending the pole for the first time): after connecting broom head to pole, try stepping on the broom head lightly while it's flat on the floor and then pulling up on the pole firmly. That was the only way I got the pole to extend.

With 3 inches of snow on the vehicle it was the perfect time for testing the Snow Broom. This turned out to be a great help clearing my windshield and the hood and cowling in front of it. It took very little time to do the job and the defroster did the rest. My son became the real complainer. The snow scraper cleared his windshield easily but he refused to take the chance of scratching his paint with the “pusher broom”. I found no problems on my hood or cowl; however my son credits that to my driving a truck. So if you are driving a truck I highly recommend the snow broom, if however you worry about your paint more than what you can see, you may need a soft brush, after you get the heavy snow off!.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 200WINZ Works great......But
The snow scraper works great at clearing snow and does not scratch the paint. However, the plastic locing ring for the telescoping pole snapped on the very first use! The pole still locks into place, but the locking ring is low quality! The scraper comes apart for easy storage.
