What is the difference between this breaker HOM230GFI and the HOM230GFIC?

What is the difference between this breaker HOM230GFI and the HOM230GFIC?
Asked by: Scorpioxo11
Good question. Both are the same ground-fault breakers. The GFI suffix has the breaker coming in our standard package quantity of one. The GFIC puts the breakers in the Clamshell packaging for Retail. There is one breaker per clamshell, but comes to the wholesale Distributor in an overpack of three. which load center?

I ordered Square D QO load center 60A model QO24L60NRNM QO 60A MAIN LC and this breaker doesn't fit. Which 60 amp load center will this breaker fit? Breaker tried: HOM 230GFI 30 AMP 120/240 V 2 POLE.
Asked by: Phil
Schneider Electric has two brands of breakers which fit on their own load center. Square D branch breakers and HomeLine loadcentre are not compatible with each other. The brand of breaker you buy must match the same brand of load center. If you have a Homeline GFI breaker and are looking for the similar load center to the QO24L60NRNM, then you can try the HOM24L70RBCP. This is a Homeline 2 space 4 circuit outdoor rated main lug panel. The main difference is the Homeline has a metal enclosure and is rated at 70A instead of 60. That is just the max.rating of the bus bar.

is it safe to use for a single pole 30A GFCI circuit?

need for RV single pole 30 amp GFCI exterior outlet circuit to hook up service
Asked by: Skip
Schneider Electric does not offer Servicepak Power Outlet Panels utilizing Homeline circuit breakers. Consider QO style Servicepak RV Park Panel number PAK41CTGFI (with one 30A 1-pole QO-GFI and one 20A 1-pole QO-GFI) or pedestal mounted version PAK41PGFI (with one 30A 1-pole QO-GFI and one 20A 1-pole QO-GFI.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from two pole GFCI breaker Homeline only come in of 30AMp GFCI breaker in two pole, but other brand can come with single pole. For 120A, although 2 poles breaker can be used, but it waste the valuable space of the panel box.
