Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rivot gun I have not used it yet. But have used them in the passed and they are a great tool to have and used when you are not wanting to put a nail or screw in to have your project hold together. May 3, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Replacing an older one My older one only lasted one year I hope this one does better. May 17, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rivet tool Piece of junk jams every time don't buy this one try the arrow brand. April 17, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by stems kept getting stuck stems get stuck every time. now i have to drive back to home depot and get a refund. April 3, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A real piece of junk A "pretty" tool that is utterly non-functional. The grip opens too wide to hold it in a single hand, and the typical rivet requires two "squeezes". To reset the tool for the second squeeze it must be opened all the way, meaning you have to use two hands...with no hand left to hold the work. I'd gladly use my old one...which wasn't nearly as pretty but at least it was functional. Most of my work requires one hand to hold the pieces being riveted, and this is a royal pain. March 1, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tool has issues but it works I was using 3/16 rivets, which are the largest size the tool is rated for. On the 1st squeeze it would grab and hold on to the rivet, preventing a 2nd squeeze. After disassembling and reassembling the tool, it worked better. You have to let the handle fly open so the spring mechanism can produce enough of a jolt to release the rivet. With practice, you can set it up so the head of the tool slides down into position as soon as the handle flies open and the rivet is released. If you open the handle gently, it won't release. Quirky tool, but does the job if you play with it. I only needed it for 8 rivets, so the price was right and the job got done.. December 12, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Good item for price. Its friendly use. And hard material. The custumer service its very good. February 23, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worked but not functional Worked properly but poor design in functionality very hard to squeeze because of the distance apart the handles are when the rivet is in the tool puts you at s mechanical disadvantage I would spend the extra money on one a step up from dewalt or Stanley December 8, 2015
