I think that anyone thats handy could install it. its very simple. Just think about the layout , stagering seams and make sure the end pieces are longer than 12" at the wall

My daughter and 68 year old husband laid our floor. I believe a reputable handyman can do the job, no problems.

I don't think the actual temperature is the problem, I believe it is the moisture in the surface the flooring is installed over that creates the problem.

Answer:
If you mean sloped or gradual unevenness than I think it is a good choice.
If ther are sharp changes or points on the surface then I would say no.
This flooring needs to sit perfectly flat to the surface.

95% of the time, I can't see it, and I would install it again, the overall appearance is better than acceptable.. Great option if you don't want to go down to the subfloor or install cement board ( which would be a problem on uneven flooring.)

As long as they are not loose, or bumpy. And none are missing I dont see why not.
I learned on my install, that once you stick the edges together, they wil break before they come apart.
Also use a roller to press the seams together.
Good luck

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 45 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product I've installed the product in three rooms now. The tiles have great texture and look. Make sure whatever you're laying this on is clean and flat. These tiles are easily cut by scoring with a utility blade and snapping. I recommend a speed square or whatever to make the edges straight to make adding the transitions easier. There are only about 8 different patterns to the tiles so make sure you pay attention not to put two of the same next to each other. May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Totally Satisfied The floor was so easy to install and looks great. This flooring is inexpensive and I was worried it would look that way, but it is beautiful. We installed it in two bedrooms in our shore house, and I am completely satisfied! We had never installed flooring before and had absolutely no trouble with this project. The first bedroom had a slight odor for about two weeks but it disappeared. The second bedroom did not seem to have any odor. I highly recommend this product! May 24, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very poor customer service but nice product I recommend the product IF you can get it elsewhere. I ordered it in the store and paid for it. It was to have been received in 5 days. After TWO WEEKS I purchased in stock similar flooring elsewhere. I called to cancel my Home Depot order and get a refund. "Oh, we've been wondering when you were going to pick this up!" It had been in the store but not only did they not call me, when I CALLED THEM I was told it wasn't ready. That said, I ordered this as we had previously purchased it (when they had it in stock) and I installed it in my living room. Looks great, feels nice underfoot and very easy to install. It also wears like iron. We have large dogs and after a year it looks the same as the day we put it in. May 24, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by flooring purchace I like the product and would use it again in the future. June 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Like my pick Allure is such a great option for a resiliant, attractive, easy to install flooring choice. I have it in my kitchen, and 2 of 3 bathrooms. I have recommended it to friends and Family. Home Depot makes it an easy purchase. April 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Allure Flooring Highly recommend this flooring. We chose this floor to set off the Kitchen Nook area in our kitchen. Wanted something that could handle spills. It looks like laminated flooring but so easy to install. So so so happy with this. March 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great DIY floor We needed a DIY floor that would float over our existing horrible floor. My husband and I did this ourselves with minimal tools. At first we did just the laundry room, but after it was down we did both bathrooms. I love this floor. It's durable, easy to clean, looks fantastic. A great weekend project. February 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this floor! We had our contractor install the antique elm and it was completed in less than a day for a fairly large bedroom. It is simply beautiful! My only problem is now I want to do the entire house in allure vinyl plank flooring. It is so fresh, rich looking and looks like real wood. We are so pleased! March 5, 2016
