Questions & Answers

I have a slab on grade house. What should I use for insulation under the heating element?

I have a slab on grade house. What should I use for insulation under the heating element?
Asked by: MB
We suggest 6mm Cerezorb be installed over the slab, between the slab and the heating mat.

Can several floor mats be wired up together to heat one large kitchen?

Asked by: Johnnynj
Our heating mats are not "hooked together". Each cold lead coming out of the mat/roll needs to run back to the thermostat. We try to use as few rolls as possible, and they would all need to wire up to the thermostat. Each thermostat can handle 15 amps of heating product.
