This hose does have a "Limited Lifetime warranty". You may go to the store and read the label attached to it if you do not have yours or are considering to buy it. I hope this helps.

Can this hose be easily attached to a hose reel?

Asked by: WannaKnow
Yes. The female end has a covering to help protect the hose from breaking at that end but it seems flexible enough to bend and allow wrapping around a hose reel. At 75 feet, most hose reels should be rated to store the entire hose. You might want to check your hose reel capacity just to be sure.

As soon as I turned on the water for the first time, the end coupling (attached to a nozzle) popped out! How is that for 400+ PSI? Rolling it back up and back to the store it goes.

While this hose seems to be of decent quality (too early to tell), it has a bad odor too it. Very chemical-like smell. Water that has been sitting inside the hose is VERY potent most likely with chemical I cannot pronounce as it smells very strongly. I suppose this may be the case with vinyl hoses, but I've bought and used better. The best vinyl hose that I've purchased before was almost fluorescent-green in color. The reinforcement banding was visible underneath the outer layer of vinyl. No idea who made it. It didn't smell nearly as much as this hose, and it remained nice and flexible, even in mild temperatures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made in USA I came to know the Swan Hose Company back in the 1970s and 1980s when I lived in Central Ohio. That's still where the company is located in the heart of the Midwest manufacturing area. This product has rugged looking ends and the female end has an oversized fitting that makes it easy to grip and connect to the spigot. The male end features "flats" that allow you to use a wrench to tighten or remove a nozzle if desired. The hose material itself seems rugged and able to resist kinking, which is a probably I have had with a couple other hoses. At 75 feet, it's long enough to reach each area I want to water without being a bit cumbersome like a 100 foot hose might be. Anytime I can choose an American made product these days I do so. The quality almost always shows.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard working hose Over the years, I've bought many hoses at different price points. This is a great hose! Its coupling is built to withstand years of wear (the hose comes with a limited Lifetime Warranty). I had no trouble hooking it up and will use it to water my back and side yard. The hose itself is made of heavy duty material and is scuff-resistant. It seems to pull easily through the yard...at least for me. My wife says it's easy for her to haul around also. I would recommend this product to anyone seeking a long lasting hose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great hose I love this hose. After wasting money on hoses from the grocery store, and having each one of them being complete garbage, I got this one. I couldn't be happier, and its already saved me money on cheap, junky hoses. The grommet to screw onto the spigot is heavy duty, copper colored aluminum and it will stand up to abuse. I don't keep the hose rolled or anything, just tossed on the ground and its been 5 months in Texas heat and there are no signs of holes or wear.

The hose fittings are good quality and the hose itself will likely last a long time, but it is the most obnoxious hose I have ever owned in terms of kinking. It took me a few minutes to uncoil the hose to be able to use it. I watered part of my yard with it. Then I went to coil it around my arm and shoulder and it kinked every 4-6 feet. It took me 5 infuriating minutes to coil it. I would not recommend this hose to anyone.
